      The point of that problem is that if a person is committed a crime in kill a police officer.
      That's not the same thing.
      If a person would take their time out and read the dictionary let alone the federal law not the state law the federal law that's what they get things mixed up at fed Trump state.
      Then they will understand the law. Laws change every day different state have different laws different Counties have different laws different towns have different laws I mean it's not it's not going to be understood until you actually really read about these laws it like if you go into another country those are not the same as over here those worse than this over here sometimes.
      People are not running from those countries to come over here for nothing they running from over there because it's worser but when they get over here it's even worse because they don't have nothing over here until they have to readjust in other words.
      And people are not understanding the man down the street called the police instead of going to check on the woman.
      That police had no reason to go to that woman house until that man called, then dispatched to her house.
      People don't realize that's was third hand information really.
      Okay look at it like this she left the door open the man called the police cuz he thought somebody broke in the dispatch sent the police officer first like four different transactions before that happened I mean you pay attention to the transactions that happened that's what led up to it she left the door open

      You can have two people acting lawfully and still come up with a bad conclusion with one dead. Because self defense is on perception of the person employing it, not after days of evidence establishing what REALLY was happening around them. There was a case of an undercover cop having to shoot someone attacking him, the uniformed police showed up right as it happened and blew the undercover cop away. It's about perception at the time, they were shooting to protect others not knowing he was the "good guy", that was established after the fact just like here. When you look through a window and see a gun pointed at you, that enables you to respond in kind with lethal force, especially when taking a potential home invasion/burglary where the front door is open and the place is a mess at 3am. You don't know the intentions of the person inside pointing the gun at you. Self Defense in general is a split second reaction, if you spend too long to respond the question of motive then comes in. You don't have time often to establish and weigh everything that is going on.
      They split the baby due to not being able to come to a consensus (notes were passed to judge during deliberation), which is not a lawful outcome. This was an emotional verdict. The correct verdict was not guilty. If you have a problem with how the police behaved, you blame the mayor and chief of police for implementing the ways they respond for these calls, these are the elected officials you vote in and who you should be mad at. Not throw the dude under the bus, nothing will change.

    This coward went there to kill someone. If he came in hot with lights and sirens a burglar would have most likely fled - which is why he likely parked away from the home and lurked around the property. He wanted to find someone prowling so that he could execute them. That sounds like premeditation to me.

    FACTS for all the idiots who are trying to say this is some kind of miscarriage of justice:
    1. Black people have just as much right to own firearms and defend their homes with them as white people. This lady legally owned her firearm and was holding it in her own home.
    2. At no point did this officer (or any of the other police present) announce or identify themselves as police. Instead, they silently prowled around and even briefly INSIDE the victim's home in the middle of the night. Even their vehicles weren't visible from the house, meaning she had no way to know they were police. These facts were both verified by body cameras and their own testimony.
    3. When Officer Dean saw her through the window with the gun, he issued a warning to her to drop the weapon, but still without any identification of himself as police. He also fired at her before he even finished the sentence, so she didn't have time to obey that command, even if she had somehow used psychic powers to figure out he was a police officer and not an intruder trying to scare her. This is all on camera.
    4. GUILTY. CASE CLOSED.

    • @rheabalduc8896
      @rheabalduc8896 Год назад
