I was there 4 months ago and miss it so much and I am not even from there, Canada has been my home for many years but I can't wait to move to the Philippines this year. The warmth I felt, from the people and the weather was just too inviting!
Globe and Smart have on par coverage with each other. But for speed, I recommend a Smart SIM card! (Since my phone is dual sim, I have both. Best of both worlds 😂)
Nice videos but I still think few people should be checking comments on videos to just see if there’s a reason to make huge profits by working from home
You used to be able to buy a sim card anywhere and pay local rates. Now you can't, you have to register a local sim card with a local ID. Local Sim cards are about 40P and you can but cheap data. As for Globe vs. Smart, it really depends on where you are. It has gotten a bit better over the years but they both will have dead spots in The Philippines. Lots of locals have dual sim phones with a sim from both companies.
This was honestly such a helpful video and confirmed everything I had been reading online. Thank you so much! Will be arriving in the Philippines in 2 weeks!
Are you discussing buying a physical SIM card or an eSIM card? eSIMs are fine for data only but as I understand it, you need a physical SIM card in order to make local calls and do texting. Many of us will need to make local calls and do SMS texting once we're there. Thanks.
will esim data only work with Philippines Grab? specifically Airalo.. i used Airalo data only before but not sure if it will work with Grab PH.... grab will work with data and does not require phone service, text, call? thanks in advance
Just a question. does the simcard you buy in the airport are already registered simcard? or you need to register them after buying it? if so how long do you have to wait for its activation?
Hi bro, May I order a Sim card in Australia? So I am already connected to the internet when I land at the NAIA terminal ?? Also need to know at what terminal I will land if traveling Philippines Airlines?
Il be arriving pretty late at Manila airport (around 1:30 in the morning) Are there any recomendations for a 1 night stay in or close to the airport before heading out into the city the next day ?
Sure. I used esim also on my last trip to Philippines. Here is my complete guide: www.traveltomtom.net/destinations/asia/philippines/best-esim-cards-for-philippines
I navigated to Manila after seeing your series.. Trust me! Immigration clearance is not easy though you have all the valid documents.. I experienced very humiliating and discrimination .. very careful when you travel to the Philippines. Especially indian tourists..
lol lol lol lol WHY buy a 1500php sim card at the Airport when you can get one ANYWHERE outside of the Airport for 100php. Use the FREE wifi at the Airport to get a "Grab" car. Then get a sim card from a 7-11 or wherever near where you are staying. DO NOT use the ATM, Money Exchanger(if you must only get min amount), or get a SIM card at the Airport. BIG RIP off! Wait until you are in town.
Yes I figured out that . But the problem is in seven11 shops at times they cannot register the sim for you .. I have face that problem in Thailand and Malaysia

Could you please explain how beginners like me can start making this much
It's unexpected to see this name mentioned here; I saw a client's testimonial about him on CNBC just last week!
The fact that I got to learn and earn from his program is everything to me, Think about it, it's a win-win for both ways

I'm confused why not use the Money exchanger in the airport?
@yuliana1051 you get bad exchange rates and get ripped off
Wht do you need a SIm card I didnt get one before
Don't buy those tourist SIM cards at the airport. It is a scam. 1000-2000 pesos. SIM cards cost 50 pesos in 7elevens or other shops. Then buy load.
