    1. People often protect their reputation when they have none
    2. Secure person is more mature
    3. Looking for something outside means you have that empty space in you to fill thus be secure and aware about those spaces/insecurities
    4. Confidence and that Aura comes from knowing literally inside out of your product and not only work hard while building but after that too to market it :)
    Thank you raj and tapsee :)

    The depth and maturity with which she spoke about being a successful girl in India navigating through relationships, career is so awe-inspiring and lesson to be learned. So much respect! Kudos Raj for a great conversation. It also helps a girl understand how other women thinks and navigates and off course here education shows as she speaks.

    Wow what a confident person and absolutely clear vision Tapsee has.... Mind blowing. Great learning from her - respect your parents, even when you differ. Bow down before father, even if you think you are right. This is something today a child has to know about the importance of family relationships.

    One of the best takeaway from Thappad was when the husband's friend/boss says that you were angry at the boss and you knew you can't slap him but you slapped your wife. It can be extended to so many things when you show your angers and extreme to others, the one you think are "beneath" you or the one you don't respect enough

    • @sanyadikshit
      @sanyadikshit Год назад

      Absolutely right, and Tapsee rightly elaborated the concept of movie that it was not just a slap, all those small little things which led to this mindset of her husband that her wife is "beneath" her or he can slap her just because he was angry and bla bla.
      Couples should start taking care of little little things for their loved ones and we as a society will be improved by that.

    A lot of Indian people wrongly judge a confident/headstrong woman as an arrogant woman. The fact that a woman is not intimidated or is unshakeable by influential/successful people in the industry, is a difficult pill to swallow. And Taapsee is one of the rare artists who stands her ground and is absolutely firm with her belief/value system. However, sometimes I feel that people like her may get consumed by this very trait about themselves and start looking at the men and the society through that single feminist lense; albeit unknowingly. Maybe because they seem to have built a demon inside their head so much, that it might become rather difficult to break away from that. One such casualty of this kind of over-feministic behaviour is Kangana Ranaut, Ratna Pathak Shah, Jaya Bhaduri Bachchan. Just hope that Taapsee doesn't join that gang, unknowingly.

    • @rakshyapokharel516
      @rakshyapokharel516 11 месяцев назад +1

      Being feminist doesn't mean looking down at men...it's not about feminism but about personal traits...some men look down upon women and similarly some women look down upon men but not every people are same...I am a feminist but I have a very good bond with my father and my husband...Men and women both need to be understanding, respectful and sensitive towards each other...Men in my lives be it my father, my uncle, my husband or my brother in law they are very respectful, caring, understanding and sensitive towards women so I am towards them...Relationship is a two way thing.

    Never seen a successful person answer in short or say, dude, I don't know. THEY KNOW IT ALL. Because the notion is, if you are SUCCESSFUL, YOU KNOW IT ALL. So they start guarding this imaginary reputation.
