I really love my A52, it's been almost 1 year and just yesterday I went out at 7am with 85% battery and came back home at 5:30 with 35% battery while playing, browsing and surfing and playing games the whole day, I don't worry about lagging or ram and the storage is 256 Gb so I'm set, it adapts really quickly with the adaptive battery mode, if I go to sleep with 51% battery I'll wake up to 50% ... so I think it's one of those phones that you can't regret having.

With all do respect the A53 5G is much better than A52 at Gaming and it plays all CurrentGames fine. The A53 5Nm SoC, ImageProcessor, HigherQuality Video/Photo processing, Better Battery makes it a worthy upgrade once again. Awesome video.
You can't say the A53 is the better device if it's priced like that. Many features were also removed from the A53 and i doubt anyone would care too much about the 120hz refresh rate. A52 takes the cake here
For you it does and that's fine. That it's priced higher and comes with less accessories doesn't take away its performance improvements, camera optimisation and longer software support. It is the overall better device but just priced too high. I think It's left for the individual to choose if they don't mind the high price or stick with the A52 which is good enough or like I also recommended, take a look at the A52s 5G

Trust me, they will. The Galaxy A52 is already running Android 12, something that most flagship phones from the likes Xiaomi, Oppo, Infinix, Tecno, etc can't boast of. At this point, it even seems like buying a midrange Samsung phone makes more sense than buying a flagship phone from another brand.
I did not update to android 12..after reading all the complaints about it. Im waiting for the NEW update 4.1....hopefully in april?...im in bs as argentina.

I have the A52 5G US Variant and it comes with the 750G processor and 120hz refresh rate...and the camera on the A53 looks more saturated so for me it's No point n upgrading to the A53 5G

Izzie the boss, this is well-planned content, i would prefer the 120hz refresh rate, but 90 is not far from 120hz and coming from a redmi note 10s user, i would really consider switching
A tight one though. But I think Samsung really missed it with the A53 especially because of the pricing. Save for the design, I don't really see any compelling reason to switch from an A52 to A53. Most of the (supposed) new features on the A53 can be contended though and overlooked. 5G? Not readily available in Nigeria yet (for a 9jerian buyer). Extra 500Mah ba3 won't make a difference if the 120hz refresh rate would still drain everything faster. Exynos processors? There are too many SD fans out there to consider that. Exynos have not left a good taste in our mouths. Okay, there's a case of an extra 2yrs upgrade but for some of us that barely allow our devices get up to a year or two in our hands, might not be a deal breaker. And moreover people still use Android 10 now and it's still cool in 2022. All these iterations of android do not come with too many ground breaking changes that one cannot live without. But overall, this might be a good reason though if there were more compelling reasons. I am quite amazed by the camera though. Wasn't expecting it to be World's apart. Well, doesn't make the A52 camera entirely bad. I still prefer the selfie video tone from the A52 as well as the audio quality. As for the removal of charger and the 3.5mm jack, I still maintain that Samsung missed it considering the price. The A52 came with a 15w charger that doesn't take long to fill up the device. Yes, I know it's not a 25w charger, but it won't make you miss charging the device faster. I actually tested 15w and 25w charging on my A71 then, the difference was like 30 to 35 minutes from each other. So not a big deal though. Finally, lemme draw your attention to something you mentioned in the video about the A53 only charging fast with a 25w charger. It can also charge fast with a 15w brick. The 25w just takes the charger a notch higher displaying "Super fast charging" unlike the 15w that will display "fast charging". I seriously don't know why Samsung doesn't allow other high rated chargers above 25w to super fast charge their 25w devices. Kind of annoying though. There's a 25w Samsung charger (don't know how authentic it is) on Jumia that sells from around 3.9k to 5.5k (depending on the seller). I got one for a friend and it displays that "Super fast charging" on his A52. Oh and by the way, good video, very lucid explanation. Kudos Sir 🔥 This channel is fast becoming my favourite ever since your review of the Redmi note 10 Pro.
