They killed this and made it their own!! One of my favorites of theirs. IDK if you've listened to Silent Night but that is one you should not miss. They were on tour in Europe and found an old church/cathedral in Germany, I believe, and did a one take video there, beautiful. The acoustics were fantastic! Another Christmas one I'd love to see your reaction to is Carole of the Bells either the live version or the video. Both are great. It's also called, does Mitch freaking breath😅 Don't worry about pausing. We're use to it and we're watching to get your true reactions, you can always rewind some just like you've been doing.
Personally I'm not picky, just react to whichever song you're interested in listening to. It's not like you're gonna mis with them. May not be your cup of tea but they're always on point, and as long as you keep the PTX coming we'll show up😉.
I'm hoping you'll be getting back to the Sing Off also😊.
Loved your reaction! Thanks for another great one💜😀!!

They have made all the Christmas songs they’ve done uniquely theirs…the Pentatonix upgrade. I really didn’t like 12 Days of Christmas…their version is now one of my favorite Christmas songs & makes me laugh (Scott is really into this one 😂) every time!
12 Days of Christmas & O Come All Ye Faithful (another boring song they bring to life!!!) are must sees imo!
From my understanding they didn’t originally like this video they quickly threw together (they were young & low budget!!) so they weren’t even going to post it! So glad they did!
Great reaction! Christmas music & Pentatonix is a whole new wormhole!! But a fun one😃

To continue with Christmas songs, check out their songs from "Christmas under the Stars" concert on BYU TV. They recorded this in Nov. of last year. If you put "pentatonix Christmas under the stars" in the search bar, you should get them all. There are like 10. It is recorded live. This is a great one. They did "Drummer Boy" on tour last year. You are right....they do like to put "pop-y" additions on traditional songs.

I like it when you go through their full albums and would love to see what you think of their first original album titled pentatonix. There’s a deluxe version that includes some covers at the end but other than that and one song in the middle, the first version they put out was all orginals too. I believe there’s 4 videos from that album but there’s audio only and also good live performances from some of the songs that never got videos.

Ones you need to watch with Different vibes and totally awesome:
"Run To You" (original), "My Heart With you", "Seasons of Love" (live), "New Rules x Are You That Somebody", "My Favourite Things",
"THANK YOU (original. BEST pandemic song ever), "Over The River" and "Radioactive" with Lindsey Stirling.

As you dive into the Christmas music rabbit hole, you'll find that they are equally skilled in holiday songs as they are in their other covers. They take the originals and add their unique arranging skills and come up with a beautifully new sound. They even made the 12 Days of Christmasn (one of the most boring songs ever written) into something new and fresh. They have a couple of originals that are fantastic as well. I do not object to and often do listen to their Christmas music year round.

I know you are a big fan of Pentatonix as they are indeed awesome.
May I introduce you to a great group I just recently heard called Forstella. They are amazing with 4 males from Korea. Each was going to go solo professional but instead formed a group.. Start with their cover of Queens Bohemian Rhapsody. I know you are thinking another Queen cover of bohemian rhapsody but this one will blow your mind. After that you can pick what you want from them. I also recommend Dimash singing SOS as many think he is the best vocalist ever.
    Best to you
