I'd argue you don't even need elemental capacitor given that the origin trait already gives insane amounts of handling and reload speed just for hitting your shots and reloading. But I suppose elemental capacitor is nice if you're ADHD and switch weapons constantly...

So many good rolls for PvP, love my Killing Wind and Elemental Cap. Put on Stasis, and you got one of the fastest Strafe Speed with both Perks active. Add 100 mobility and that goes higher.
