cuz the kids from the 80s grew up
bc playplaces don't pay no more. they gotta market to millennials and gen x bc the more recent generations aren't having kids as much as previous generations, therefore being less lucrative to target children
I suggest you watch Ordinary Things’ video on this for that answer

This is actually the first time I paise the video in the intro and I LOVE it. I never noticed the Freddy’s or Kronk and the Food Reviewer from Ratatouille. Considering I LOVE all those characters you got my seal of approval. (Though I would’ve loved to see Aqua Teen Hunger Force hidden somewhere in there, Meatwad is my spirit animal.)
This legit sounds like some short of FNAF lore.
Just add some dead children.

Can't wait for the next episode to get into the 90s era weirdness of McDonalds, especially with the cracked out Ronald from the late 90s cartoon.
I love that cartoon I hope he does a theory about it.
McDonald is like a gold mine for this kind of stuff.
"It basically got sued out of existence, and not for the reasons you'd expect."
You fool... By telling us it's not what we'd expect, we change our expectations, creating a paradox that will doom us all to a mindset of ever-shifting expectations!
An indelible memory of mine is from working on a McDonald's commercial in 1979, and seeing Ronald McDonald between scenes slumped in a director's chair with a Heineken and a cigarette.
Are we going to talk about how there wasn’t even a theory, but more of a recap of what happened to McDonald’s in is early years.
Eh it was interesting so I’m not complaining.
Its a nice storytelling

When I was a child, I remember when the McDonald's clown and characters were big. Never thought of them as creepy as a child and thought they were interesting as a child. Now as a grown adult, I find this video enlightening and thought provoking.
The McDonald’s characters always scared me when I was little. There was “stairway” up to the play place and to get into it you have to go though the mouth of a tree with a scary face
Crime always pays, getting caught just costs more
