Dear 芷靈, you reminded me of my niece who grown up with all of her aunties and her grandma. I think many Hong Kong kids are/were grown up this way and that's why many of them are very close to their grand parents. My niece is very close to all of her aunts. Now all of her aunts are getting old so she is always there for her aunts when we needed. We have very close relation between aunt and niece, she is like my daughter, my best friend and my niece. I love her so much and she love all her aunts so much. Sorry i am kind of emotion about my niece. Anyway, you looked so cute when you were a child and that also reminded me of my niece. I can see the picture when you said your grandpa came home with the 碗仔翅 and you enjoyed them with your uncles..what a priceless memory. My niece is going to visit me in Norway this Christmas and i am so looking forward to spend time with her and her son.May be we will make the 碗仔翅 together by your recipe. Enjoy your video as always. There are lots of RUclipsrs out there that teach authentic Cantonese cooking but very few that incorporate cultural insights, moving personal anecdotes and clear instructional format concisely and thoughtfully like you do. 終於有人介紹UK嘅特別傳統bonfire night,如果你落去Sussex,仲有傳統的巡行睇,各鎮 嘅隊伍穿上奇裝異服,舉起火把繞鎮巡行,之後會燃燒已經搭好每年不同住題的建築,然後放煙花,場面都非常壯觀,尤其以Lewis 和Rye很出名,我每年都落去Sussex盡量多看幾個town!
不知何故,每次看到Sussex獨有的巡行,總令我想起大坑的舞火龍!
