Hey Raman, correct me if I am wrong, I think you have incentive and inducement the wrong way around in - "What is the difference between an Inducement and an Incentive? I am about to take my fundamentals exam and in doing some final study and review with your great content I came across this and thought I was mistaken but then in another video of yours its the other way around? Hi Zachary, The information in the video is correct. Incentive is offered by the brokerage to bring business (listings) to the brokerage and inducement is to close the deal

Hi there, You do have 6 months to complete the preparation. Regarding the notes, it depends on how you study and what method suits you the best. Our Notes are focused and summarized and covers the whole course. They have helped a lot of people to have a grasp of the course in a better way. So, it depends on what you really need. @@rosewalker5791 They changed Fundamentals when they went to one exam from 2, commercial was changed last year or earlier this year
