Hello, I appreciate it if you could answer my question: I completed two consecutive programs here in Canada each one of 1 year, one is a postgraduate certificate as I am a foreign lawyer and the other program I completed included English as a subject in both semesters. I need to do the celpip? Thanks
@ramangakhal2517 thank you very much for your quickly answer and thank you for provide all of this information! I will enrol in your course once accepted by RECA for sure !!! Have a wonderful weekend!
I'm currently enrolled through RECA but I'm struggling so bad, the content is so dry and there seems to be zero support for people with learning disabilities. I need help in a bad way

Hi there. We are glad you liked it! ☺ Every Brokerage has their own fee. You will have to enquire specific brokerages that you want to join to get the details of their cost structure.
Hi Vir. We don't really deal in Labour Mobility. We can help with information about Real Estate and Mortgage Licensing applications in Alberta, if you are looking for that.
There are 2 Courses. Each of them has a timeline of 6 months offered by RECA to complete and give the exams. With our tutoring, you can get both of them done in 12 weeks!
Hi. Yes you can do that. Some guidelines have to be followed which you can find in the link below - www.bcfsa.ca/industry-resources/real-estate-professional-resources/education-and-licensing/managing-your-licence/moving-licence-bc Hope it helps. Thank you for all of the information you provide! I have a question in regards to becoming a real estate agent in Alberta. I love the Edmonton and Calgary areas. I do not have a license at this time. I am currently a U.S. citizen, but I am interested in relocating to Alberta and obtaining a real estate license. Would this be a possibility? And if so, would it be possible to also do this prior to relocating?
Hi Marie. Thank You for the comment. We are glad this channel is helping you make such important decisions. For your question, you can absolutely do this. But to get started, you have to gather a few Identification Documents (in Canada) and get registered with RECA (reca.ca). You will also have to get your international education assessed. There are a few steps to complete. Please refer this video where we have discussed all the details - ruclips.net/video/bUq2pygQcQw/видео.html You can also give us a call on 587-936-7779 to discuss any additional questions. Hope this helps!
Hi, i am PR holder. I interested to become an real estate agent. I started my registration. Is there any choice that can i register without ielts. I studied in India. Language of study was English. Waiting for your reply. Thank you
Hi Justin, Yes. If you have English as a subject in your International Education, then you don't need to provide IELTS results. Although, I would recommend you to watch our other video that clearly explains the Eligibility Criteria for Immigrants (ruclips.net/video/bUq2pygQcQw/видео.html) or you can give us a call on 587-936-7779.
Very informative video, thank you for sharing this. Contrary to the 1 midterm exam and 1 final exam structure, I completed all units(1-10) today with a followup practice exam with 50 questions. Upon finishing the practice exam, I received an email with Permission To Write the exam. After watching this video, I would appreciate your clarifications on these: Why was I allowed to study all 10 units without a midterm exam? Has RECA updated the exam structure? Or is there some unknown error by RECA education department? Although I have sent an email to them for clarifications, but I do appreciate your feedback/input. Thanks in advance...
RECA has recently update their curriculum. Now they have 1 exam for Fundamentals and 1 for the Residential. Before you had to write 3 exams, now just 2

Hi. A few changes like Timeline for Real Estate Courses were proposed by RECA at a later date. But you can have a look at the updated video here - ruclips.net/video/eVJW1KLEzVY/видео.html
Hi Isaiah. Not every Real Estate Course has calculation questions, if we see it from the exam point of view. But yes, basic math skills are required as Real Estate Agents have to work around number figures.
@@2chill537 This is a very subjective question. It really depends on each Realtor. Every person is different and can work very differently. I believe it’ll count towards your English proficiency but you’ll likely need your education assessed to meet the education eligibility
