I do not understand how the symbol can face either direction.... by our choice as to how it is used. I feel comfortable going left to right and counter clockwise for my power symbol. My instructor uses it in reverse.
I am new at this energy healing, so I have a question. Last night, I tried to energy healing. I lay down in my bed and put my hands together closed to my heart and I just ask the universe for healing. I noticed my head suddenly move to right very fast and 2 indices fingers moved quickly down by themselves without my control of it. Does anyone know what these movement mean?

Vonda Bezat Contra clockwise yin and clockwise is Yang depending on which energy you are working with
