I'm shocked and sorry to hear about your health setback. I wish you a speedy recovery but hope you'll take your time, be patient with yourself. Recovering from something like that is like training for a decathlon. It takes dedication and perseverance, even bravery, if you will. Please know that you are worth the work. Take it day by day and give yourself ample credit (as well as others who support you) for every inch of progress.
