I'm sorry, I didn't see it...I only worked on the 2004 movie that was in 2D. I know Mattel was suing the Bratz owner for a long time for being "a barbie rip off" but Bratz ultimately won the lawsuit in 2011 so I guess they were free to experiment with a reboot after that point.
