- The team strikes again with another banger:
The long-awaited sequel finally arrives to pay tribute to both its predecessor and the original 1975 classic. "The Terror Of Mechagodzilla" takes place right after the events of Okinawa from 1974 and puts Godzilla right back into life or death scenario.
Just like with Godzilla Vs. Mechagodzilla (2022), the film would first premiere at my high school's annual film showcase on May 25, 2023, along with 9 other brilliant films made by talented student filmmakers. The film was cut down for runtime purposes, forcing us to remove certain clips that came out so well. The Terror Of Mechagodzilla would receive three awards for Best Editing, Best Director, and The Audience Choice Award.

Fantastic! Makes for a great alternate take on the story. Love how much focus you gave Titanosaurus here, since at his core he really is a very tragic monster, even by Honda’s standards.

This is extremely well done! From the cinematography to the set design to the effects both practical and digital, everything feels very polished. I do appreciate the change in the story to where Titanosaurus is more of a victim, giving the dinosaur a little more character. This and your “vs. Mechagodzilla” were a great watch.
I enjoy everything about this fan film. Such good shots, uses of Godzilla toys, scenery, choice of Ifukube scores. All of it was pleasing and a thank you for Takayama and Honda for the original movie.

This was FANTASTIC! Terror is easily one of my favorite G films and I feel it doesn't get enough credit. I love the additions and I especially love how you made Titanosaurus a great character! I always thought they did them dirty by having them in one film, especially when they're likely as old as Godzilla.

The short film is a Great sequel to the other fan film he made and it’s faithful to the original terror of MechaGodzilla A.k.a. Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla 2 and let’s talk about the ending,the ending is kind of sad, but it didn’t make me cry.

Overall i’m gonna say again like before it’s a great sequel film and faithful to the original film too!

this is how i think terror of mechagodzilla should have gone, with titanosaurus breaking free of mechagoji's control and then team up with the real goji to take down the villain.

He didn’t really sacrifice himself as he happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. He went after MG after realizing he got mind controlled and how he and Godzilla had no clue what the beeping meant until it was too late..

I mean it would make sense to keep his design consistent, we already used the 1975 design to pass off as the Fake Godzilla from last year’s film.
