Finally! Been waiting on this for a good while now. I had a feeling it was Vandal Savage who is/was Slade's employer, but I am curious if Vandal is an immortal in DKoS and what kind of immortality he has. Also very interesting to see the Atlantean story that I suspect shows the origin of the Once and Future King Arthur (heh, geddit?) I would dearly love to see the DKoS universe be expanded and I have my own original ideas for this universe that is going to feature in my Game of Thrones/DKoS crossover fanfiction; Gorilla Kingdom, nuff said 😛 Anyways, I eagerly look forward to seeing more of this particular series and will be watching avidly 🙂

Deathstroke's Axe 🪓 on the cover is so much better aesthetically than the 2 axes Slade fights with in the book. Caelan Erikson from The Norseman Saga wields the Glacius Axe 🪓 & it somewhat looks like Slade's axe from the cover but Caelan's Glacius Axe isn't a double bladed axe but is a bearded viking axe with a semi-curved handle & it can be wielded in one or two hands & will return when thrown.
