Hahahahahha the animals being cold and hot i can't we just had a full convo pretwnding there was an elephant outside our house and how cold it is and needs the vets to come help it.
Those Diy counting activities. The clothes clips! Hahahha i was struggling finding the best place for the string the chalk borad white board such a good spot!! Great tip.
Oh snap the dots on the corners that need to come together whilst folding. Thats going to help change things up. I'm like multitasking right now but this is helpful. This whole vid.
Just seeing it and experiencing it is enough we don't need to narrate!!! Aaahhhh i wish i got used to this but i am working on it. Its just bevause i wanted to give her the vocabulary at the time but now i know how much she seeks my narration and thats not the way i want her to learn Also i need to just trust the process of learning they gave built in them. Just let the connections be made. Hahaha.
I remember doing the same! It wasn't until I was watching one of our first vlogs back to edit that I noticed her leave an activity any time I tried to add narration. That's when it hit me what was happening 😅
Around 2.5 but as with everything Montessori, it's not at all about the age and completely about the child's readiness and interest. Some of these could be used earlier, some I use variations of in my 3-6 classroom still!
I love how you use so many DIY materials in your videos!
Yes! I like to mix having more authentic materials with DIYs and then adding DIY elements to what I buy to extend their life too 🥰

Having the paintswatches laminated on a sheet in order to match up would have helped us with the order but i think we're past that now.
That's great!
Question: How old was your toddler when posted this? Asking because I have 2yo toddlers. Wondering if they can do some of these.

Thank you! That really helps
