What a surprise the sand bagger with a wedge car won. Pretty pathetic they even let that car run after all the safety hazards it caused.

Myself I wouldn’t let a car run like that just looking for someone to get hurt in my opinion can’t even hit it in the back doesn’t do a thing to it

Number 14 was straight sandbaggin till the end like he was scared to get a scratch on it
834 Black car with low back should have been DQ'd sandbaging. Low back is a rollover hazard should of not been aloud to run period.
I also see 2 cars there that aren’t even hitting each other even though they have had the perfect chance to do so that makes it hard for drivers to compete against them if there’s team work involved
Very obvious that there from the same family team and that's where you need to get your priorities in order to attack the common danger to your success
Only answer to that is bring more buddies

What is the point of having the back of the car so far ramped like that? I have seen some before but never that low and they always bent up into the car when hit. Not flip another car or ramp cars.
It’s a weapon. It breaks ball joints and flip people easily.

@@phillipgage7356 at the very least he's teamed up with that other car that he'd only bumper tap instead of hitting the gas, usually the refs at the derbies i've been to are pretty good at spotting this behaviour and calling it out

@@Krashnikov both 14 aka wedge car & 2A were teaming with other drivers ( like when 2A pinned 14 for the other car to hit him @4 minutes something) so that’s fair right ?
He was legal and built within the rules. I’m interested in seeing his cut list though 😅

Im really impressed that in a heavier build class that most if the cars were junk after. Hats off to hardcore for the rules and wanting a good show with aggressive driving and finess driving.

I can see where the 2A car had a lot of issued on that one black car with his rear end and bumper being angled down like that. Everything was ramping over it, I mean it's usually fine to make undercutting rears like that as different cars dur, but that angling of the bumper like that does seem kind of cheap and well against the rules. I mean that was more of a ramp end than a derby car. I mean if there is no rule to do that then it's clever loophole the guy did to do that but in reality that stuff I would be pissed a bit too. There's no way to hit the back end and your only option and way to kill that car is to just hit the front only.
Though it was pretty clear he had a car better and more cleverly built to win if that's the case. I guess most other drivers didn't seem to mind in the end. I just personally never seen someone do something like that to a car.

I would have line up to the drivers side ramp of the wedge car and drove up into the drivers seat bet he wouldn't came back with a car like that
I hate where derby went to. These cars are just built to roll other drivers or snap off wheels. Why I prefer watching stock class. Not to mention the prethra of flat black cars that don’t bend. So easy to hide excess plates.

That was a figure 8 derby in Cars 3. More of a race. But typical demolition derby is on a rectangular shaped track

And also 2A acted like he was ready to go and but didn't drive smart enough. Necer go back to back like that you get distance either go nose to nose or wheel shot.
Years ago guys would weld up imperial,s and they would be like concrete nothing would bend.

I couldn't believe the judges allowed that one car with the Ski slope on the back of the car. To run until I seen one of them Cheering him on. He almost rolled 4 people in the first 5 minutes. If they do allow that. Way doesn't every driver build there car the same. ? So one guy don't have all the Advantage?

4:18 look at this class act jerk2A ! Had that flip over coming to him( was thinking a knocked off back wheel was coming but it was way to well built for that) , holding like that wow ! Yes both parties not innocent but..dang dude really.
Don’t get me wrong wedge car ( SMC or 14 you can barely see the 1 cause the signs bent) had the absolute biggest advantage with that super over built car & specially designed flipping rear trunk, but teaming and holding…really !
Still a bunch of sandbagging going on, good hits to… you’ll never not have it unfortunately just the way it is.
The officials in the derby were clearly not doing there jobs the car with the beaver tail back as you all put it a ramp end I’ve seen him hit drivers door twice and the first time he put car on it’s side

Do these drivers ever hunt dear or rabbit? If they do, do they only shoot dear standing still. Do they lead the dear. Well, they certainly aren't using their hunting skills in this derby. They continually aim their vehicles at cars that are standing still but , by the time the get to the the car that they want to hit, the other car has moved and they miss that vehicle by a long shot. Lead those vehicles man, I mean use common hunting experience.

Winning car laid up most of the show, and rear of car should be banned.
The 2 black cars should have been disqualified! I hate the drivers like them who team up and only make hard hits when the car on the end is nearly dead. One of them pulls forward and waits around until he has a shot. If all the drivers did this there would be no hitting.

I wonder why that winner car took corner front bumper shots and the thin front frame never bent.....but the exact same car frame...in this heat....bent like an accordian? But the winner took and gave hit after hit after hit and his front frame didnt flinch an inch....hmmm, weird
And the wedge trunk that either breaks wheels off or flips cars
