As far as l learned from the owner, it is a 72 year old carpet
This carpet l washed today was heavily soiled and covered in slime. There was an incredible amount of dirt coming out and l was very surprised. l used strong solutions against this dirt and spend a lot of effort.
At one point during the washing process, seeing things getting better step by step motivated me and l was happy like a salior seeing the land :))

What impresses me the most in these videos, next to the great job done by the cleaners, is the extremely high quality of the carpets to withstand the accumulation of dirt followed by the aggressive cleaning and still come back with all of the colour and detail as when it was first made. Bravo to the people who created them.
I am also amazed at how well they hold up to cleaning, and the general intricacy. But I am curious where all these rugs come from. I haven't seen anyone with this sort of complex woven rug since I was a little kid, and that was A LONG time ago. My great grandmother's house had them. Having these on my floor would give me a headache they are so busy.
I'm a retired chef if I would have known this was how you cleaned rugs this would have been my lifestyle work. Love your videos
There is something almost therapeutic and calming about these videos. I’m spellbound every time. So amazing. How do they get so dirty in the first place? I thought people really took care of pricey antique rugs. Apparently I was wrong. Thank you for bringing it back to its former glory. ♥️
A lot of the really dirty ones like this are usually caused because of flood damage

Amazing, the colors are preserved and vibrant!! I love it ❤. It came out so clean. Your able to get the dirt out, but not remove any fabric colors!! Wow

I take my cheap little entryway rugs to the car wash occasionally. I am so proud of how nice and clean they look after being drip dried over my back gate a few days. It about kills me too, LOL!!

How do these get so dirty? Most of these look like they were used on dirt paths in the rain. Great job cleaning them as always but I just wonder how they get so dirty
Sometimes machine shops and garages put rugs down to soak up oil and grease. Then when they get filthy, they just throw them out.
A lot of them are recovered from flooded houses and such.
Most likely this carpet was use in Goats and Sheeps shed😅 otherwise human can't be so dirty

The real hard work was to get this carpet dirty to make a video. 72 years and you cant see any trace of use after the cleaning, hair are as long as brand new, colors are bright and regular.

Je doute que ces tapis soient aussi sales que ça. En fait il sont délibérément salis pour faire la vidéo.C'est d'autant plus visible ici qu'un tapis vieux de 72 ans dans cet état ne peut en aucun cas ressortir d'un lavage sans trace d'usure, ça nettoie mais ça ne fait pas repousser les poils.

Всегда, когда смотрю подобное видео, всё более уверяюсь в том, что и тут уже начали делать постановки. В какой интересно квартире лежал такой коврик? Такой весь зелёный, в свежей жиденькой грязи... Через пару месяцев лежания в таких условиях он должен полностью сгнить, т.к. сделан из натуральных волокон.. А нет, свеженький, чистенький без следов гниения и порчи...

No it's algi from trees or plants and some people have the rugs outside there home to welcome people in they can get very dirty or mouldy ❤❤❤
