37:49 That foul call was so soft. I think there are times when players use the "no contact" rule too much to the point where if they feel the slightest bump they make a call.

He was prevented from jumping, so in his mind he was thinking he got blocked from making a play (principle of verticality), but as the observer ruled, but the time he got bumped the disc was already unplayable (ie it got D'ed). Grasping at straws on the "dangerous play" call.
