  • In this adventure, I explore the trail that follows the backside of Gunlock Reservoir which is just west of St. George Utah. This trail has a little bit of everything, from water, to rocks, to sand.

    About the commercials, do you possibly make more money if we let them play in their entirety? Cuz I want you to make more money. And I can let them play if you get something for it.

      Well that's awfully kind of you. I think clicking on them is the most beneficial for me, and watching them probably secondarily. If you feel up to giving the commercials some response, I would love that, but certainly don't feel like you have to. 🙂

    Hey Ken, happy Monday! Enjoyed that big (Iam enjoying this) smile you were wearing after the first half mile. You really captured the trail with your efforts to shoot both camera views, great job! I believe that was the first time I have seen someone show the trail elevation successfully! It is difficult to capture. Thanks for the video post.

    So the BLM weather it's the feds or the protesters are "Jack Wangs" I think if I was on that trip, I would have to ask the leader, " Are you SURE you know where we're going." I've been on those kinds of trails. They are not for everybody.

    How did you get to this trail? Did you have to pay for the fun kick state park fee

    Hi Ken I’ve been watching you for the last two months since I subscribed I was wondering what You think of Ford bronco because on my FJ I was thinking of getting the front locker as well but not sure if I should put the money in getting a Ford bronco before I put more money into my FJ

    • @offroadhub.official

      Thank you for watching! Whether or not you get a Bronco is really a personal decision. I think the Bronco looks great on paper. It has a ton of technology packed into it, and a small displacement turbo engine. There are A LOT of opportunities for unreliability. The FJ is a relatively simple vehicle that functions extremely well.
      If the Bronco was a Toyota I'd have fewer reservations about it. I'll never buy the efficacy of small displacement turbo engines though... 😆

    I appreciated the split screen effect; but it must have been a lot of walking for you(?) :-)

    I did rattlesnake this last Saturday and those were some pretty big rock. Idk how you made it look so damn easy. But I also have a Taco and a longer wheelbase. Nice video as always

    So nice to see different side of Utah besides the typical Moab which is still awesome. I really like the split screen you've added. Awesome to see the approach and descent of the trails.

      I'm glad you liked the split screen, it shows the obstacles a lot better. There's more to Utah than Moab for sure!

      Offroad Hub Nice! I grew up on the south side of the state. I did happen to live in Boise ID for a short period of time after high school, but I’m back in Kzoo now. I got a gopro and an antenna mount. I could definitely get some nice shots of your FJ from the back if you’re ever back around the old stomping grounds looking to shoot.

    Do I see a few more dents? Guess that means you are having fun. Off the subject but what do you think of putting an elocker on front of my FJ? Is there any advantage of that over atrac or not worth the change. I know you like the air locker but I’m not doing that kind of terrain but thinking of any advantage for snow, mud or sand?

    • @offroadhub.official
      @offroadhub.official  3 года назад

      I don't think I have any NEW dents.. 😄 I think a locker up front is superior to atrac when in big rocks. If you aren't doing big rocks I wouldn't bother with a front locker. If you're regearing it is a good time to add a front locker for no extra labor cost, even if you think you MIGHT use it. In certain situations, mostly in big rocks, the front locker is vastly better than atrac. So it just depends on what you want to do.

    Rather hear road noise than muzak.

    • @offroadhub.official
      @offroadhub.official  3 года назад +1

      I didn't cover anything up with bad "muzak" in this video. Drone footage is silent, so a little music is called for...
