Hi Mary .... With winter approaching it might be an idea if you can conspire to produce an insulated inner tent for the sleeping births that mark can put up inside and zip up like a winter camping inner tent. Have a look at some of the ways they do it for the overlanders and winter campers. They don't have to be massively thick but they help reduce condensation and reflect heat back inside and cut out any draughts. Ditto internal seat pads or a head liner. ..or Cork Mark may go 🙄 ... 😉😁😂🧙🏼♂️

It's amazing how a good coat of paint can bring a project into focus. The trick is making sure everything Under the paint is solid. And you have done that in spades. You Mom and Da are just wonderful folks.

I love the colour ! Yellow is also one out of the colour spectrum of the sun (purple, blue, green, yellow, orange and red), therefore sunshine's heat won't effect your boat so much as other colours. Above that, your parents are amazing, Mark ! Greetings, Frank

This channel is my go to sailing channel, absolutely superb. Not sure yellow is the right colour instead of something more contemporary but it's art and it's subjective.
Yeah really can't vibe with the full yellow decks personally, but it's not my boat. I think normal white decks would have been better with a yellow stripe on the hull maybe?
