This is so gorgeous... Can I just say , your home is absolutely beautiful. You have made the perfect cosy house out of a shamozzle ! It is so beautiful. Little Lexi looks like Scott, I think ? It always brings me to tears when I see grandma looking at her newborn granddaughter. Congratulations you two...a beautiful daughter to cherish.. PS...now that is a bit rarer...retained placenta.
So happy for you both!! Thank you for sharing beautiful Lexi with us, can't wait to continue to see your journey & see hers begin. Much Love!! And your home looks amazing!! Cheers
Congratulations Scott and Ashley on the safe and wonderful birth of your beautiful daughter Lexi, she is utter adorable. I am overjoyed with happiness for you all, you give so much to your subscribers, and this is a deeply personal thing to have shared. I apologise for being late to the comments, but I am simply unable to get online as often as I would like. I always look forward to seeing you all, and the horses, but of course, this eclipses everything. May you all be happy, well and safe, and enjoy the baby bubble, time flies, Lexi will be aboard a pony before you know it. Thank you for sharing your glorious news.
Lexi is absolutely gorgeous, huge congratulations to you all. One of my daughters was the same weight and she was so perfect we called her our little glow bug. There was a really sweet toy out at the time that were called glow bugs if anyone remembers them, they were the cutest. So pleased everything went well for you. You look so happy and content. Sending big hugs. xx
Ashleigh what a superstar, she is perfect well done team you all smashed it😂😂.These moments are so precious the sweetest little baby ever, you are tiny I was convinced you would need a C-section.❤❤❤🎉🎉
9:00 beautiful social butterfly 🦋 🍀🍀🍀🌸🌸🌸 she’s so adorable and precious. Glad everyone healthy and happy. Congratulations 🍾 to you Ashley and Scott. Welcome to the world Lexi 😁
Congratulations on your beautiful baba ❤ my boy is now four and my experience was alot worse unfortunately. I had an appointment 2 weeks before my due day and they kept me in (me expecting to go home after the appointment) due to high blood pressure. After 4 days on blood pressure medication I was induced which after that took 2 days I had baba with a traumatic birth and he came out not breathing. Thankfully they got him breathing and after stitches for me I was very sore. 2 more days in hospital before I got home. I was sore for weeks after (and still to this day nearly 5 years later still having issues) . It took me 2 months to get back on a horse. I'm still struggling with confidence issues which I never had before but pushing through as I still love the sport and the horses. Every 1% of positivity makes me happy. ❤
Lexi is absolutely gorgeous. Am so glad you had straightforward birth and back so quick on a horse is amazing. You all look amazing and am so excited to see more blogs of you riding your fabulous horses. My daughter is 24 now and it doesn’t seem that long since she was a little baby 👶🏻 too ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🥰
Not me who sits holding back tears until the intro is finished.🥹❤️ Congratulations to both of you on your beautiful princess, absolutely gorgeous. 🥰 So happy to hear that you had a great birth experience and that your body feels great afterwards! I can't wait to see you back on horseback💪😍
Congratulations Lexi is absolutely beautiful. Great experience for you both, executed with really excellent quality. 😊👶 your wonderful journey as parents is just beginning 🎉
You’re a study in keeping active all the way through your pregnancy and after! Congrats on that beautiful girl!! ❤❤❤. (I rode up until my 2nd trimester. Had an emergency C section…..so took me 10 weeks to get back on. My TB scared me when I got back on, but I pushed through and finally got SOME of my nerve back! Now at age 62, I’m going with a nice, slow, quarter horse! 😂)
Congratulations! I had a little boy a month before, on the 12th September, straightforward planned home birth but also had to go into hospital after for clotting. You’re smashing it!
Absolutely wonderful to see you with little Lexi 👶 you seem to have had the perfect birth and I think you being fit & active helped hugely and makes recovery easier. Next exciting event will be Lexi's 1st Christmas!!! The house is looking great 👍 Thank you for this video it's definitely been what everyone has been waiting for 😊 Much love to you all ❤❤🐴🐎🍼🐕❤️❤️
Oh my goodness, I actually got quite emotional watching this one!🥺 Many congratulations to all the family🥳 You did really, really well, Ashley, probably due to your fitness. A quick labour and no stitches, fantastic! Make sure you're ready for a mega quick delivery with your 2nd baby!! (retired midwife, groom, riding instructor here) I rode until 4/5 months with my first but had to stop as too uncomfortable. I had a vaginal birth, but unfortunately had stitches as he was 9lb 5oz!! I wasn't working with horses when I had my 2nd, but it was straight forward like yours with no stitches and only gas and air for pain relief. (I believe equestrians are made of tougher stuff!) Sending lots of love to you all, make the most of the early years as they grow up so fast! Mine are adults now and I'm due to be a Grandma in January🥳 xx
She's just precious. ❤ congratulations to you Ashley and Scott, and your whole family. Stay healthy and active. Can't wait to see you back out eventing.
I’m so happy for you! What a wonderful birth story and experience. I had a very similar experience with my first. I was actually feeding horses as a blizzard started when I first felt proper labor pains. Drove myself to hospital cuz the roads were awful and my mum didn’t drive. Within a few weeks I was riding again. I wasn’t so lucky in subsequent babies but more that I’d had to give up horses for a few years. Lexi is beautiful and I can’t wait to follow her journey with you going forward. I anticipate your vids dropping every week!
So happy for you guys 💕 My first daughter was also born on 12th October … used to have to feed and change her on the feed bins in between mucking / turning out . She was 18 this year and her sister is had 15 months later have been the biggest joy . Enjoy every minute 💕
Aweeeee huge congratulations 🎈🎊🍾🎉 Ashley and Scott Lexi is beautiful I will admit I shed a tear a happy one lol. Your so lucky with an easy birth and back riding it’s incredible really. Enjoy your little bundle of joy.tfs 🤗🏇🤗
Congratulations to you both 🎉 welcome too, little Lexi , already making her voice know ❤ What a beautiful kind informative vlog guys to include new parents too! xx
Congratulations to you both LexI is adorable. It would be great to hear more from Scott on being a dad for the first time, loved his room prep and foot massages while you were in labour he’s a keeper xx
So glad to hear that you road right up until you gave birth. I too did the same thing and I feel that is why the birthing process went so easily. Congratulations to all of you on this wonderful blessing. Can't wait to see in years to come Lexi on her first pony.
Aww she is absolutely gorgeous.. well done. Tysm for sharing this truly intimate time with us. I am just so happy that all went so well. Happy tears here. You and your family give me a smile everytime I watch. Yes I have horses. My oldest child is 38 now, but it only seems like yesterday. Cherish every moment they grow so fast. ❤❤❤❤
First off, congratulations! I've had 2 kiddos already. I will say it is a lot easier getting back into things if you stayed active. The routine with the little one and your lives will fall into place quicker than you realize. Make sure you both take time for yourselves, too! It will help! Congratulations, again! 🎉
My oldest son was also born on the due date! So happy to hear you are doing so well and the baby is so cute. I stopped riding a 20 weeks and got back on after 4 weeks. But every one needs to do what is best for you like you said.
Thank you for sharing beautiful Lexi with us all, you are very generous to allow us to have very personal insight into the birth and early days. Many congrats to you both
Beautiful child, of course you want to show her off to the world, including the horses. I'm am certain that Zeb made numerous disparaging comments about either your weight or having to carry 2 people; would love to hear what the horses had to say aboyut Lexi. And of course the grandparents are madly in love. And think of all the "firsts" you have to look forward to, first christmas (doubt she'll be impressed this year), first ride on a horse (still awaiting Scot's first try!), first pony, it will be a wonderful ride!
Congratulations guys! Lexi is gorgeous! I had a baby girl 6 months ago, had forceps delivery so ended up waiting 5 weeks before getting back on 😩. I stopped riding at 29 weeks as I didn’t want to push my luck with how well behaved my pony was being. I don’t feel like I’ve got back into my full riding fitness as quick as I had liked, but my little girl Elodie is absolutely obsessed with the horses and being outside, which makes my limited riding time so worth it to see her so happy! The love you feel from that little baby is more than words can describe ❤
I couldn’t ride after my first child for 5 years, nealry 2 years from my youngest - I had horrific complications which I am still trying to recover from but am now strong enough to start trotting again and start the gym to rebuild my strength! I also lost most of my confidence through time off! I would’ve loved to have been able to get on so soon! I’m so pleased to hear you had a straight forward birth and an implication that was a nice easy fix after and now you’re feeling well! ♥️♥️
Congratulations! This is so wonderful. 41-year-old Eventer and mom of 2 that are now 9 and 13-- so happy to hear that you've had a positive experience so far! You really are VERY lucky!!!!
Congratulations- your amazing riding at 11 days but as you say everyone is different! Enjoy her, my daughter is now 2 and pony mad and my 5 year old tractor crazy..
I just want to tell you that I adore babies and have had three but let’s be honest… most newborns are a little funny looking. Lexi might be one of the cutest newborns I’ve ever seen. I made my husband look at her because she’s freaking adorable! 😆 Congrats to all of you and I’m so glad you had an uncomplicated birth. My youngest is about to graduate high school (the last school before university here in the states) and I know it seems so far off but cherish every single day because she will be off before you know it. It goes so unbelievably fast. Congrats.
Congratulations Ashley and Scott. Little Lexi is absolutely gorgeous so beautiful and looks very content in mommy's arms. Well done for being able to ride so soon, cant wait for the next vlog. As always lots of love to you all, see you soon. Jill. Birmingham England. XXXXXXX
So happy for you, Scott and the rest of your extended family!!!🎉🎉 Edited to add that I rode while pregnant but had to ride my boss's horse when heavily pregnant because being pregnant changed my weight distribution in the saddle and that upset my horse. My skeleton (and ligaments) relaxed too much and riding wasn't an option for a while after the birth. I even had to have help with housework.
Thanks for sharing the birth of your beautiful bubba.... very happy you back riding we only wish you the best of everything love you all love and best wishes to grandad and grandmother...grandchildren...the best I bringing up my 3 granddaughters love them dearly xxxx enjoy can't wait to see lexi riding xxxx
