Man it’s insane how great this content is. Such a shame that CFG fired Sevan.
lol. the reason i appreciate Sevan is that he's willing to ask the uncomfortable questions that no one else has the balls to ask. That and his questions almost come off insulting, which results in some great and real responses from the athletes. When I first watched his interviews last year I thought "man, this guy is a dick". Now appreciate his prowess behind the camera. I'm looking forward to seeing more of his 'behind the scene footage' for 2015.
Rich isnt coming back. Get over it. I bet the first question the winner this year will get asked is "If Rich was here do you think you wouldve won?"
Who is this peanut of an interviewer? What kind of questions are these?! Damn man. Have a little bit of tact. Rich's response at the end was perfect though. Such a class act.

Great guys and great ambassadors for the sport. Clearly intelligent, modest and likeable people. One of the reasons that I love CrossFit as a spectacle, because of the type of people who compete, who are so natural in front of a camera and don't appear to have been over-coached in how to handle the media so that they give a politicians answer to each question whilst still being diplomatic, funny and genuine. Would love to meet them some time.
this is setting up a workout for this year now, it will be a great interview
I am a HUGE Matt Frasier fan. BUT. I would love to see Josh Bridges or Ben Smith take the top podium spot before Matt wins it.

Sevans interviewing skills are amazing! :-D He ist direct, funny and he ist asking the questinos everybody wants to know!
I love how every interview in the past year Sevan has asked Froning if there's a chance he will do individual competition this year and the response has always been the same. We still get to see him compete and 15.1/15.1a was a great way to watch him enter his first season as a team member.

I forget what the interviewers name is but he's always trying to stir the pot. I find it hilarious. Rich handles it really well though.
Ask more annoying questions than Matossian. You can't.

Was wondering the same thing. Maybe he's got those invisiline things in, but his mouth definitely seems a bit different these days.

Jameson Ford Yes, the sideviews on this video, you can see them. When i saw the video that Rory McKernan posted to his IG, my first thought was, "wow, 'retirement' hasn't been good to Rich" because his mouth area just looked odd.
Sevan really has a fetish for dissing Mat Fraser because Sevan is a jealous egomaniac. He makes it about himself, interrupts athletes, constant negative comments... The way I see it put anyone else back there--someone who respects who he or she is interviewing!
Froning is such an alpha male
Rich is boss as, so is Fraser. Unfair to compare them like this, might create some unpleasant feelings between them.

Rich wins 2014 and wins 2016 open! If they both were in their primes and did the games in 10 years I think Rich wins 7 out of 10 times

When you interview someone, know the questions before hand. Saying um, pausing and taking up more time than you should is annoying.
This interviewer is awkward and probably shouldn't continue to interview athletes.
DRUG CHEATER
These questions were absolutely legitimate - but the answers were far from the truth. Of course it will diminish the title of any CrossFit Games winner, if Froning should win the Open and not participate as an individual. Hence my question to him: Why doing the Open at all? It's awkward and humiliating for all other athletes. I guess this is Dave Castro's work again.
