Being greek, i can answer, that, "its poor" - well, the top people have in common is, "little". they have a lot of population, a lot of demand, 1 (few) carrier, and little v4. greece has very little v4 for public use. same with modern germany, who will provide? Tpunkt, and voda. its easy when everything is dsl to the door. france, same thing, orange alliance. who provides only their huawei gear much like europe. therefor easy to deploy v6.
