To answer everyone's questions about using moon blade dance twice, I'm pretty sure he's using the necklace that allows him to. I've met someone who could use sunshine spark twice for that same reason.

exist a weapons costumes "DARK WEAPON" that gives you this effect. The effect of the video is a MOD from skills.

He did Moon Dance twice cuz he had a Cooldown RESET CHANCE for 10%. That heraldry is farking expensive....

if you can get the dark weapon costume skin you get black tracks and I believe you can swap between the appeareance of your current weapon and the costume weapon, so you might have the dark tracks then ??
