And they can actually come back if you don't use the correct footwear anyway. I've worked in military or industrial settings for the last 8 years and have yet to find boots that probably support flat feet.
I don't actually have the answer but I have noticed they seem to follow themes. Like he gets an animation model and uses it for everything he can think of to fit those models, then gets new ones.
@sunnyxdmc2283 I agree, only Crocs (which I don't wear). when I was younger we would go visit my grandmother in Mexico and she wouldn't wear shoes as there was dirt all around. her toes were a lot more spread out and so I always thought that she was sick and was scared that my toes was separate like that every time I got a cramp. Later that I know that's our feet are supposed to be naturally.
Try Altra running shoes. They make shoes with wide toe boxes that allow the toes to spread. There are a couple other brands it there too. But yes, it's crazy the major shoe brands don't make shoes that are actually good for our feet.
Something very similar happened to me but with my arm and (obviously) its not fun and I'm pretty sure I have PTSD or at LEAST anxiety around hospitals now- so ya.. that fear is well reasoned-
FUN FACT: this is only one part of the surgery. the center of your foot has the beginning of the main muscle that guides your bone to bend up and outward, so a pin is inserted at the beginning of the muscle to keep it from stretching back. (some people have irregular bone growth) and this helps the muscle from growing in the wrong direction, so it won’t encourage bone growth outward again! The more you know! 😊
I had a bunion in my left foot. But i didn't really care about it and after a few months it disappeared eventually without any medication or anything. Now my foot is in the perfect shape.
Wear barefoot shoes to prevent bunions and many other issues caused by cramping your feet into shoes that aren't foot shaped day after day. I made switch two years ago. Best decision ever man.
This normally happens because your shoes are too narrow at the toes, you need a wide toe box and try toe spreaders before bc this would be excruciating😅
@@dderico78 no but generally bone issues that can cause deformity like that aren't restricted to one area and wouldn't ever be preventable if it's genetics as well
@@Verasevos I might debunk your idea, but most of any foot deformities are caused by poorly fitting and tight shoes. Bunions are an example. Majority of babies are born with healthy feet. Problems start to show up when parents start to put shoes on children. Type and shape of shoes matter.
They don't. I got into car crash and broke my bone and the doctor used two T-pins to hold the bone of my foot so they can grow normally, One end is actually left exposed and after 6-8 weeks, the doctor will pull the pin out from your leg. When I say pull... I literally mean the doctors will PULL the t-pins out with bare hands. 😂😂
It's amazing what wearing the proper shoe size can do for you. Bunions only happen on feet where people insist on wearing shoes with tight toes. You rarely see it on athletic or non formal men, but it's a very common problem among women (particularly in east asian cultures) where tight heels and toe crushing shoes are extremely common to given the impression your feet are smaller than they should be.... It's also ironically why people find feet so unattractive. Because people take very poor care of their feet and seriously wonder why people are repulsed.
Modern shoes are the reasons we get bunions. Try to be as bare foot as often and get foot shaped shoes, since they don’t scrunch up your toes. Your toes should be the widest part of your foot, not the bunion.
I had a unique problem where the same bone was twisted and deformed. They cut a portion of my bone completely out and used two screws to reattach the separated bone
I just had toe surgery a month ago. One of the toe bones was lower than it should be, so they went in, removed the cartilage, lifted it up, put in a hollow screw, then put in a stabilizing pin through the screw & into the larger bones of the foot. Well the goddamn stabilizing pin broke in half, so they only got half out. Doc said I SHOULD be fine, I PROBABLY won't even feel it. Maybe make sure your doctors are using quality materials unless you want free hardware floating in you. I asked him how it could have broke, since I was inactive for a month wearing a boot that kept my foot straight. Got basically a shrug
