Rule #5 - make sure there's enough seating ... for 200 people

@Miranda Reeves Correct! We love removable cushion covers so that they can be bleached and washed... and don't fade like colours when washed x
@@alyssalihpai4258 I live with grownups and I'm constantly cleaning fingerprints, splashes and smudges. Everything gets dirty with use; door openings, around light switches, walls in the foyer, walls in the kitchen etc. etc.
I'm going to need a copy of this blueprint. Bonnie's dream house is literally my dream house, even down to the throw pillow choices.
A little bit of me died when you gals painted that beautiful wood around the mirror. It just broke my heart... other than that... a little pop of color and this would be an A+ for me.

I love everything but I think colored or striped pillows in the sunken lounge would make it pop because everything is looking a bit too white and blended and its not highlighting the space but other than that it is amazing. I hope you and your loved ones have wonderful memories and moments in that space. *I know my opinion does not matter*

As an American I think it’s so funny how Austrians use the word homely the way we use homey😂 because here homely means ugly😂 and this house is stunning! Love it!!!
Blake Kesh ah, that explains so much! Sometimes in books a woman is described as “homely” and I picked up on the negative connotation, but I thought it meant something like “motherly” and didn’t understand the negativity associated with it.
Still don’t know why homely=ugly, but at least now I know that it does! Haha

This house is really amazing!! Love the floor plan and styling and finishes are beautiful. Only fault would be that there is way too much white, particularly outside. The flooring inside anchors the house with the light neutral tone but outside the white just takes over.

That not 10m dollar house , it probably around 2m with the landscape. It could be slight lesser than 2m depending on the size of the house , they didnt show the other room.

I think the white can be a little overpowering, but it would be so easy to add in color. I think she's trying to keep it timeless by using white. Great choice!

There’s 8 living rooms in this house. Eight. 2 outdoor living areas, three living areas in the main space, a kids lounge, an adults lounge and a guest living space. It’s gorgeous but completely nuts 😂
Holidays implements more color as well. Maybe a yellow or lavender pillow? lol
