Good video Eric! The Forescan stuff makes me nervous, but there is no doubt that our Bronco's could use some tweaking. The double honk in particular just drives me nuts! My dealer won't disable this... "Critical safety feature". Sometime I give stop being a weenie and buy the tool and software. I don't have a PC either. Last I checked there was no Mac based software. I wish I could work on the stereo components easier without Forescan also. I'm not really a computer person. Messing with code is not my thing. Hope you and Lexi are having a great weekend! I'm surrounded by Canadians on a beach in FL right now!
Florida? Ahhhh.... We definitely don't have beach weather up here yet! I've seen someone post on FB about a handheld device that does many of the thing ForScan does. It's a few $$ though!
@@TLOverlander I can tell they don’t have beach weather in New Brunswick yet. They were as red as beets after their booze cruise. Going to add this to my mental list of things I never thought I would type… after watching your video I remembered that I needed to google how much it will cost to ship some moose antler oil to them in New Brunswick. 😂. I also had a thought about my forscan needs. When I drive home I know there’s a mechanic at my dealership that has a bronco and does side work at his home. Like lift kits roof racks installing accessories etc. I think I’ll ask him if he would do that stuff.
It seems a bit daunting at first but as long as you take your time it's pretty straightforward. I used to do this kind of stuff with my Subaru back before I got my Bronco and it's pretty straightforward. Unfortunately yea you would need a PC to run ForScan but there is some limited functionality to Android and iOS as well.
i bought the forscan for my 24 bronco. i cant get the auto start/stop function to turn off without getting a battery check indicator light. is there a new fix for this?
Your beat bet is to check on the B6G forums. I can't be sure why you're getting that issue. Also, check to make sure you have the latest ForScan... Or request the latest beta
Hello, I replaced my 8" screen with a 12" everything works great however my volume shows zero on display all the time. Any changes if forscan to show volume level?
I can't be sure...but I wish mine did NOT show the volume (and subsequently your not able to touch the screen effectively while the volume shows!) Your best bet is posting on B6G
Awesome video !!
Thank you!
Great info…Thanks!
Any way to auto turn on front camera if the front sensors sense an object?
@@rayanaljoharji6549 likely not... Would be a nice option for Ford to give us though!
just add auto hold you should have it
@@TLOverlander forscan should I try?

Where did you find the latest Forscan Google documents for the 24. Just purchased a Wildtrak and the belt minder is driving me buts
I don't think it's updated by model year... But changes are made and anything new is added, as far as I know. Link in the description 👍🏻
Nice looking 2024-

Perhaps your GMC already doesn't have the nanny chimes up the Ying-yang lol
Thanks for commenting 👍🏻

@@TLOverlander ok thanks ill post there and see if someone can assist.
More more more! Have they fixed the auto off? I herd there was a bug/ glitch.
I believe they trick the bronco into thinking the electric power steering is being used or something to prevent it from turning off the engine...?
Thank you so much! More more more!
no link in description?
Is my description completely gone??
YT sent out a memo about descriptions going missing... Some kinda bug.
Should be good now
