We were in Alcudia and had a visit to the Strip. Had a lovely coffee and cake in the Hotel you passed. Its lovely inside and the outside area is lovely too. Cant remember what the Hotel is called but its been done up so beautifully since last time we were there. Do love the Old Town though.
Very comprehensive tour, Andrew! Thanks. It is touristy though with all the fast food chain restaurants. I like that Old Town area more and the port. Something for everyone. 😅

Hola andrew just under two weeks left and ill be in alcudia the uk weather has been dismal heavy rain with a touch of thunder and lightning and flooding in some areas im missing the alcudia sunshine enjoy your day😂

Looks like a lot of the Bars that I remember have all long since but gone such as, Cheers, Twister and Apoteket, Alcudia feels like my second home after working a few seasons over there!

always great videos with your updates, and the little walk arounds. we're up in Alcudia - mid October, and hoping the weather will be good then, i know i mentioned it, in a previous video regarding the newly refurbished Alcudia beach aparthotel, hopefully you can have a look at that, as i think for location it's not bad from the beach and the main strip aswell.
It all depends on the type of food you enjoy, personally I head to “Muddy “ steak house in the port, not cheap but beautiful. Nice view overlooking the beach
Great video Andrew thank you, I haven’t been to alcudia since 2002, with all the family, The shine bar used to be called “ the pickled liver” then and my brother proposed to his girlfriend in there! I’ve got the home video of our holiday on my channel 👍🏻
Lunas was bought by pal (Colbers) he waiting for planning permission to turn it into a fancy restaurant.. yummies couldn’t afford to rent it so he left so it’s a car rental.

I lived and worked in Alcudia in the early 90s..... lots of great memories.... great place....

Hi ya im going alcudia im 2 weeks whats the situation with taxis my mum.cant walk to far we wanted to go to the market. Any advice be great
now it’s not full summer it’s a lot easier with taxis and busses, but to be sure precook one the night before,

i’ll look into what to film as there’s not much spar from that walk, i’m going back to uk next week for a few weeks but will on my return..
