Not even to consume, simply to kill them. And it wasn't frenzied killing, they've been cleanly beheaded. And now it's continuing on.

It took me ages to parse out what's on the paper but the katakana from that olding cell room translates to "Koroshite kudasai" which means "please kill me" in Japanese. In case ya wanted to make this any scarier than it already was :V

hey amanda! i have adhd, and originally i found it really hard to meditate. what i do now is i have the calm app, and every day they give you a "daily calm", its a quick 10-15 min meditation that focuses on something different every day (todays one is called trick or treat!). i listen to one every day when im in bed before i sleep, and it relaxes me so much that i go to sleep instantly (i used to really struggle sleeping and stayed awake for hours). its amazing, i would highly recommend the app, it has stories and monologues too if you dont always want meditation. it honestly changed my life and its definitely worth it.

The reason you probably forgot Maggie is because she was a villager that was brought back in the Welcome Amiibo update for New Leaf, which brought back a bunch of Villagers that were only in the original game and never made it to the other series until that Update. And obviously they were brought to New Horizons too.

I had a really vivid dream that felt like someone else's life recently too. I was a man (irl I'm very much not) and I'd somehow got trapped into marrying this woman, and it was a really bad situation safety-wise for me. Long story short I was supposed to be moving into her home to live with her and her family, but even while carrying my luggage I knew I had to escape. Her mum caught me the first time I tried, and when I tried a second time her dad had just spotted me and I woke up. In the dream, I felt like if I stayed and ended up marrying her I'd never be able to see my loved ones again or go outside freely. If this was someone else's life I really hope he got out okay.

Sometimes I can think and wonder how they're feeling even tho they aren't real.... Also the bad thing about dreaming about different people's lives is that you kinda gain the experience and trauma but not a 'real' experience to show for it 😔. meditation is sooo haarrd esp. as someone else with ADHD but we all need those moments to truly feel the world around us, and the environment in its stillness. if we always move hurried and work towards our goals mindlessly, it might all fly by pointless. try to just accept laziness, nothingness, and just your entire being when you meditate. just sit down and put your hand to your heart and feel it pumping! try to feel the heartbeat in your finger tips too. feel the sun on your skin, etc. maybe do some stretches while meditating, if you can't sit still. good luck
Ive had vivid, violent dreams for about 20 years now. Had to be medicated at one point because every night ive have to scream to wake myself up and id be crying and a mess. When it comes to meditation one of the best things to remember is that it is about brining awareness to your thoughts and body, and as someone who is hyperaware of that already, it doesn't really help to be still. I imagine that having ADD would impact the sitting still aspect. So to combat that, I would recommend doing something repetitive that you don't have to think about. For me, that is knitting. That way, you aren't hyperaware of how much you want to be moving or as distracted because you have pent up energy. Meditation and awareness doesn't have to be still. Love your videos! I enjoy your vibes quite a bit!

amanda if you ever wanna watch a good horror/psychological anime, i recommend the 2006 anime, higurashi no naku koro ni ("when the cicadas cry" in english)!! the anime is separated into different arcs where the characters basically keep reliving the same events and they die in the most batshit crazy ways. it starts to become this fun (for lack of better words lol) way of piecing the story together and figuring out why the characters keep dying.

Regarding dreams (because it was talked about it a bit in the video) i have a lot of nightmares and they're pretty awful, but one i had a couple months ago I still remember pretty well. In it i had been kidnapped and trapped in someone's basement. It was the kind of basement where you could look up under the house, and I saw my family and friends going there to talk to my kidnapper about how I'd been missing since he lived near us, and I just watched it because I couldnt do anything or he would kill them in front of me. He tortured me and broke my phone so I had no contact at all, but I did escape in the end. I managed to get out when he was distracted. His house had a field in the back, and I ran through that, and he chased me. I escaped him by barely a metre, but I woke up before it finished. I still think about it because it was one of the most real feeling dreams I've ever had.

When it comes to meditation one of the best things to remember is that it is about brining awareness to your thoughts and body, and as someone who is hyperaware of that already, it doesn't really help to be still. I imagine that having ADD would impact the sitting still aspect. So to combat that, I would recommend doing something repetitive that you don't have to think about. For me, that is knitting. That way, you aren't hyperaware of how much you want to be moving or as distracted because you have pent up energy. Meditation and awareness doesn't have to be still.

About the Maggie thing- I literally had her like a couple months ago (maybe a year ago Idk I forgot lol) in the early stages of my island, she was alright and I honestly thought she was super cute. amanda if you ever wanna watch a good horror/psychological anime, i recommend the 2006 anime, higurashi no naku koro ni ("when the cicadas cry" in english)!!
the anime is separated into different arcs where the characters basically keep reliving the same events and they die in the most batshit crazy ways. it starts to become this fun (for lack of better words lol) way of piecing the story together and figuring out why the characters keep dying.

Regarding dreams (because it was talked about it a bit in the video) i have a lot of nightmares and they're pretty awful, but one i had a couple months ago I still remember pretty well. In it i had been kidnapped and trapped in someone's basement. It was the kind of basement where you could look up under the house, and I saw my family and friends going there to talk to my kidnapper about how I'd been missing since he lived near us, and I just watched it because I couldnt do anything or he would kill them in front of me. He tortured me and broke my phone so I had no contact at all, but I did escape in the end. I managed to get out when he was distracted. His house had a field in the back, and I ran through that, and he chased me. I escaped him by barely a metre, but I woke up before it finished. I still think about it because it was one of the most real feeling dreams I've ever had.
