Hello Forest, can you please make a video with more specifics on the three different sections in Tellico Village. With pros and cons of each and home prices averages in each section. Thank you.
My wife and I will be looking to move in 2 years from now, retirement will be great if we can find a good home to live in with a little land for a private setting. We will have 250k cash. I saved your info and will be in touch when the time comes, maybe homes will come down a little in price by then. Great content.
Is there a calendar of activities that the HOA hosts you can share ? Are people allowed to drive golf carts throughout the community? Thank you in advance
Send me an email and I can send you more info on the community and activities (forest.mccollough@gmail.com). You can't drive golf carts on the roads unfortunatly.
Are the homes in the Kahiti Golf Course area more expensive because the homes are newer, or because of the additional mountain views, or both? OR Are the homes in the Kahiti Golf Course area about the same as the other two Tellico Village areas'? Thank You for making these videos of Tellico Village. I would have never known of this area without your presentations.
Hey thank you for watching the channel! All things being equal, the homes in Kahite are typically similarly priced to the rest of the village. There are a lot of new homes everywhere in Tellico Village right now. You are correct that there are more mountain views in Kahite and homes with views are going to cost more, so that can be a factor, but most of the homes in Kahite don't really have a view.
Steve Carpenter, you know the guy who does the Sasquatch thing! He does Telico lake, its his Sasquatch trails that he videos and displays to the worldwide audience. Bet you a less than honest realtor-that would be considered an omission.. Just a heads up here fella..
Very informative. Two things: 1) Rarity Bay residents can buy into the wellness center / recreation, but I do not believe they pay into the POA; 2) I believe there is a history wherein Tellico Village did not move fast enough on the land where Rarity Bay is located and lost out, hence why they had to go all the way out to Kahite and thus the separation between the two Tellico Village areas. Kahite is about 1/3 of Tellico Village, and the main portion is about 2/3. 2 of the golf courses are in the main village, one is in Kahite, etc. Also, there is some kind of connection between the Rarity Bay developer and the WindRiver developer. Father / son or something like that.
