How to remove and replace pollen filter for second generation mk2 mkii Citroen Grand C4 Picasso.

When inserting the second (top) filter, does it rub along the top of the lower filter? Was it friction that stopped it sliding in easily?

Hi, there is a small rubber cup/seal just below the filter housing (it is a small oval part on white plastic - on video just below filters) . I lost it during filter replacement and could not find it. Does anyone know the name of the part?
