Well its 2019 now, and I own a 2013 duramax. I have almost 15,000 put into the drivetrain itself and not including suspension etc. The heaviest thing I've pulled is just over 40,000 pounds. And I feel my trucl could go upwards to 45,000 at absolute max
My (6.0gas - ranges from 6 - 14 mpg) started out with Stabilitrak errors and then progressed to P0010, P0122, P0202, P0455, P1682, P2089 and just keeps going. The recall list and RUclips video list of men who had to deal with this truck and it's "BUILD IN" trouble is something "NOT TO INVEST IN!"
some society's that are financially stable in capabilities of fleet ownership do not know their are ordering product "spec's" specifications, solid color's hold better resale/used sales returns ?
ive driven a 2012 Silverado and I don't remember it being really comfortable but it did ride good but seats not great I think my 94 has a very comfortable interior I could and have sat in it for hours
My uncle has a crew cab 2500 duramax LT and it averages about 12.3mpg unloaded and drives like a grandpa. However it doesnt seem to drop at all with a decent load behind it either.
they're all good trucks each with its own pros and cons Ford has a good balance of power and torque, fuel economy, 2nd on interior, toughest transmission (6R140), and suspension components, weakest frame Chevy has the toughest frame, 2nd toughest tranny with the Allison 1000, higher rpm power. Weakest on torque and interior Ram now has a tough frame, best torque and interior, weakest suspension components (ball joints), mpg, and tranny (68RFE), AS69RC will be better, but not class leading
@pjh4327 I dont think they did because all of the chevys I owned just felt boring to own but now that I have a tacoma and f150 its not as boring to drive and I can actually tow things now
Its kind of funny how chevy makes the same exact truck every year just with different interior and slight different exterior and then you have dodge and ford that completely transforms their trucks every four years it almost makes me think chevy is lazy when it comes to making a truck
Wow that one the dealership customized is absolutely HIDEOUS lol.
i assumed you was exaggerating......but you wasn't....
Man they killed that truck at the end with all that pepboys chrome and what not only cool thing were the running boards
Thanks for the chuckle - Dave
@dkhill27 - thank you for visiting our channel and leaving a comment - Dave
Those wheels on that Silverado are 20s, not 18s. The 5 spoke are the optional 20" rims.

The sales rep should have said the reason they don't have mpg is cuz the heavy duty trucks are exempt from having to display the mpg
My name is Erickson as well neat!
Couple different kinds of suspension 's not marketed in sales and ordering specifications.
When these are about 10 years older, maybe in 2029, I can afford one.
Lol me too
in 2013 its actually the 6.7 litre powerstroke
Dave- Another great vid!
Thank you @1990scottsdale - Dave
Pickup trucks are function over form, with a pickup it is the difference in mechanical functionality.
u mean 20 inch wheels not 18 cmon now
The air bags and the AMPs were the only cool things
Do they come with TVs in the back

No problem! 6.4 were a terrible motor :) Thanks for the info on the truck :)
Really Good Video.!
I would have it in the 18" aluminums instead of those wheels
How come their perfect truck is still second in sales?
they're all good trucks each with its own pros and cons

this or ram 2500?
Nicest interior? I think not.
You know opinions differ, right?

Every body has deferent option on trucks I trust Chevy and ford I don't trust dodge
That much chrome is a no go. I'd black it all out and put a 6 inch lift
Yah, and when that fad drops off again you’ll look goofy
Wow a riced out silverado, they totally ruined that poor truck! The LtZ duramax is a beast tho
At a Dodge dealership hahaha. Cummins for life!

Really no mpg huh... I heard its a arm in the city and a leg for highway. idk just saying
maybe they just have figured out how to make a perfect truck.
Ford had the 6.7 in 2013 on the 6.4 💀
very nice
THEY R THE SAME JUS HIGHER OUT PUT ITS CHEVY . ITS ALL GREAT.
axle & ratio's
Nice
work truck packages & family home steading truck packages CRITERION'S, CRITERIA !
Ford has 6.7 now not a 6.4 -_-. 6.4 is done
definitely nicer than the newer model !
i agree all you need is a aux cord and a car charger port you don't need all that other computerized bullshit in most trucks today
2013 King Ranch interior blows this truck out of the water....and 6.7L FOR FORD MR DAVE SMITH sales guy
Sorry...we like our trucks without all the gingerbread
the ram 5.7eats alot of gas, this one will probably eat the tank and pump as well
Fluffy Puff Loves Dolly what do u mean bro are u saying this one eats more gas?
This one doesn’t eat any gas at all.
17"
