cool wouldn't spark of hope be good for mana issues? seems like a good trinket

Not really needed unless you're throwing Healing Surge out every second you can. Water shield and Meta gem + Weapon enchant seem to work just fine

Crit seems really important to get mana back with resurgence no? Or is mana not a issue at 30
