    I just started sabre any tips. Amazing performance and how do your hands not hurt

      Catching in the meat of your palms! Not the fingers or the crease where your fingers connect your palm. Also just really getting used to your gloves. The more you spin, you’ll naturally develop technique that is not PAINFUL, and understand timing on when to catch and how to spin without hurting yourself 😂

      Not anymore! I marched Carolina Crown in '14, '15, and '16 and aged-out!

      You don't look like an old man. LOL Anyway I love Crown and support them as much as my bank account allows. I am completely blown away with this year's program.
