R.I.P. Will Koch. It's so hard to watch this video without bringing sad memories back.
Rode this 5 times yesterday and it was my first 5 times. It is the best, most awesome, most epic, amazing, fantastic ride I have ever been on. I live in Cincinnati and have been going to King's Island since I was a toddler. This ride truly puts The Beast to shame and Son of Beast was a shame knowing that it could have been something more like this ride. Thank you for an awesome day yesterday Holiday World!

Rode this yesterday, It's running great and smoother than it was four years ago! Shame everyone seems to have forgotten about this ride.

It's a smooth roller coaster ride. Having music played makes it pretty good.
This ride is the roller coaster version of Spinal Tap. On a scale of 1-10, this goes to 11.

Such an amazing feat of modern day engineering. Without our modern day knowledge of steel and wood, and without the appropriate programs to combine the two into a perfect harmonious mix, The Voyage would simply not exist! It's just mind blowing with what can be accomplished, and keep in mind the track length is some 6,440 feet, with a max height of 163 feet.

I love this ride in the back seat of the train is amazing. Its so fun but dont recommend this if you never rode a rollercoaster. This summer I broke my record of 100 last summer to 150 this summer. This ride is the best

I love this video and look forward to the day I can travel to Holiday World and experience all their great wooden roller coasters. I have only experienced 2 wooden coasters: The Giant Dipper (Belmont Park, San Diego) and Ghostrider (Knott's Berry Farm, Buena Park). Ghostrider is an amazing ride, although it's rough as hell and beats you up. Still so much fun.

I love living 2 hours from this place.
Just four coasters? They are all you will ever need! This place is great with or without kids. I have been three times with my three teenagers. Two of them will not even ride it. Too scared. There is the whole Splashing Safari too. Best waterpark. Try the Mammoth!
Wow, I didn't think anything could ever challenge The Beast as the best wooden roller coaster ever, but by the looks of this video, this may just have a shot. Same woodland atmosphere, same smooth, continuous fast and very long ride. I'll have to try this one someday. Anybody out there that can compare this to The Beast who has ridden both?

That great man at 0:21 has recently died because of complications with his diabetes. He was the owner but now his brother owns it. What he means by dont get seasick is that the voyage was named after the "voyage" the pilgrims took to get to america. so its like them on the boat if you understand. hope this helps.
I based my everything off of this coaster. It is the second most important thing in my life. obviously God is first but my youtube, minecraft, etc is all named after this rollercoaster. i have ridden it 137 times and counting! Thank you Will Koch. We miss you. Rest In Peace

That's the sharpest banking I've ever seen on a wooden coaster.
I live in Cincinnati and go to King's Island all the time. The Voyage and The Beast are really 2 completely different types of rides but I much prefer The Voyage which I just rode yesterday for the first time. Make that the first 5 times. The Beast is more about speed and not much else. The Voyage has speed, a couple of tall drops, tons of sharp turns and little hills that make you fly out of your seat constantly. It is also a long ride that isn't half taken up by lift hills like The Beast.
It would be really cool if they put this song on ride! :D
I started a thing in 8th grade back in '07 that every time I went to Holiday World from then on, I would attempt to beat my record riding the Voyage. I started out at 14 times in '07 at 13 years old, rode it 19 times in early 2009 at 15 years old (five times immediately after lunch, STILL can't believe I didn't throw up), and somehow managed to ride it 24 TIMES in early 2011 at 17 (at which point I decided I wouldn't try to beat my record anymore lol). I was HURTING by the end of the day.

@miroku1020 supports are steel but it is a wooden coaster. (I live near here and have been here many times.) It is considered a wooden hybrid roller coaster.

lets face it, Gravity Group coasters kickass, this, Hades, and the new Zippin Pippin are freakin fantastic!
I would agree with your last statement. It has some of the great wooden roller coaster in the world (in my opinion) and it's very nice and clean. However, most of the people that go often go to the water park. So, it's less of an amusement park, more of a waterpark.
You know, I think I would enjoy roller coaster even more if this song was playing through some speakers in the carts

All I gotta say is that this is the best wooden coaster I've been on and good for all those other coasters you guys are talking about cuz I DONT REALLY CARE now quit cussing cuz u don't know what your talking about (n btw awsome image holiday world!!! Can't wait till next year when I go again!!!)

This has one of the two drops you can see almost anywhere in the park and when you first go on it you think if you make it past the first then you won't be scared for the rest of the ride but theres three drops that are the same size but they're lower then the one before it and they're hidden by trees and i rode it 8 or 9 times and the front car is the funnest, scariest cart to ride in so thrill seekers go in the front and hold you arms up because your Voyage is about to begin
