I did my own microrings for years but it left me with bold spots! I am white with 2c/3b and it will grow back however it is not good for your hair! I understand we want it but think we need 6 months break if we want to do it!

I don’t think these things should be done at home. A professional needs to assess your hair type and condition before applying these hair extensions. It’s possible the hair was too heavy for the sections you were making.
