I was having earworms trying to find this version. years ago I had the tail end of the song on a tape i recorded off the radio. I was determined to find a copy of this song. My best friend was diggin one day and i had mentioned it to him. We didnt know who sang it;by the way Lisa Danielle sounds a lot like Stephanie Mills.So,my friend stumbled on the 12 inch and after 20 years this song is back in my heart. They need to reissue all 3 12 inches on the label because i'm sure others are frustrated.

Would you happen to have or could you post the Kevin Keyes "Distant lover" 12 inch? Like this song,it was one of the 3 rare Jersey Connection releases produced by the Isley bros.The other is Mckinley Jackson's tribute to marvin Gaye. Thanx for this memory.
