Why don't you make a video on how to whip all these three categories of whipping cream perfectly.... It's a request.... Specially whipping cream powder and amul's dairy whipping cream

      1) To whip up any type of cream make sure they are at cold.
It would be preferable if you are using an electric mixer.
      2) Make sure you keep the blde attachement of the mixer in freezer for half n hour before you start making whipping cream.
      3) Also keep the bowl in which you will be whipping the cream in freezer along with the blades. The bowl you should use should be either steel or glass.
4)Never use plastic as they don' t conduction cold temp properly.
      Now,
If you are using diary whiping cream, you may need to beat the cream a little bit more as diary cream takes tome to whip depending on the fat content in the cream. Also, after winning for 10 min keep the cream back in the freezer for 15 min and then re whip. The more cold is your cream, the more comfortable it is to whip.
The non-dairy whip is more comfortable compared to the diary. They will get whipped quickly at once.
The powdered whipping cream is also non-diary and contains same content that is in non-dairy whipping cream.
To make cream out of powdered one, use same ratio of liquid to powder.
That is, if you take 100g of powdered whip cream, mix it with 100ml of chilled milk. Mix both with stand moxer and voila within 5 mins it will be ready.
One thing I want to mention. Non-diary creams are not healthier as they contain hydrogenated fats, which are high in cholesterol. But unfortunately in India diary whipping cream are not easily available. Amul has now started selling their diary whipping cream in supermarkets.

I have actually done research and found that, 35% or more milk fat is required for dairy whipping creams to whip up properly and easily, they also have the right consistency for any baking needs.
Indian brands mostly provide only 30% milk fat at max , which even if you keep the cream and the equipment for whipping cold , is still very hard to whip.
You could get soft peaks at best, and to get to hard peeks u wud have to whip it for a very long time while keeping the bowl chilled in a ice bath.
But non dairy creams do most of the tricks these days , so no complaints.
Also if u don't like whipping creams, you could use a Swiss meringue to decorate too, as it has a similar taste and consistency to whipping cream, but is much harder to make.

Or do you thaw the whole thing and then refreeze it? While refreezing do you anything else other than closing the lid? I recently had a bad experience with freezing as the whipping cream was full of icicles when i thawed it in the fridge, and i had to throw it away :(

Nondairy creams are difficult to find. Amul dairy cream is hard to whip for cakes and powders don't give desired results. I have tried to lay my hands on amul nondairy whipping cream, but have been unable to find it. ☹️☹️
