I bought but it was very runny. I don't know why... Can someone help me. I tried all possible ways to fix it but couldn't do it . I follwed exactly what was told to do ....
When you buy it it may be quite runny. You must store it in your freezer. It should be hard before you start whipping. Also, remember to store your bowl and beater in your freezer overnight
I bought the amul whipped cream and stored in normal fridge.. Then i frozen my beater n bowl.. But aftr beating more than hlf an hr also i didnt get the peak n fluffy consistency.. I felt very bad.. It is runny.. I also added corn starch n icing sugar n again kept in fridge after 5 mins of beating even though i did not get the cream.. It runs out of piping bag.. Very disappointed... Utter failure amul whipping cream

Exactly... Just like their fresh cream.. I bought a big pack.. Will have to discard it after 2 days.. Better to stick to their instructions.. It's milk based. May cause health issues if date is crossed

@@aloisdaniel this is dairy based unlike rich tropolite etc which have vegetable oil... Stabilisers etc.. It's more healthy but then doesn't form stiff peaks like nondairy..

Yes u r absolutely right today only I tried to make cream with this amul cream for decorations of cupcakes but it took me 1 hr to whipp still no peaks ... This cream can be used for icing a cake only.. 😒

Add little milkmaid it won't melt
Tip: never do icing on the cake when it's hot.. let the cake reach its normal temperature and then refrigerate it for 2-3 hours and then start icing the cake
