for those who couldn't get stiff peaks like hers, add 2 tbsp corn flour as well. it helps in stabilizing the cream

She used Icing Sugar that already has cornstarch.

I used fork to beat amul fresh cream since I had no beater. Trust me it was very very tough. Around 1hr beating than kept in deep fridge overnight and again whisk for 1hr in the morning. But it was my first time and felt so happy after it was done. Sabr ka phal creamy😅
