Can I pursue medical study in Japan and what scholarship is suitable for it?
Hi, i saw from JPA website, there is this Kejuruteraan Teknikal Jepun which u mentioned in the video, does it means student can only apply for colleges in Japan and not universities like University of Tokyo? many thanks in advance
As someone who wish to continue in Japan, after taking preparatory course in Malaysia for 2 years as you mention, how can I apply to a university in Japan? That got me confuse
ワクワクするねー早く日本に行きたい
Hello, I recently got an offer from JPA JKPJ scholarship. From the offer letter to study at INTEC college before going to Japan, they said I need to pay 20% and the government pay 80%. Was this the same during your time?
In my year (2011-2016) it was still a full scholarship. I think starting 2017 that most of the JPA 'scholarships' were converted into loans instead which I am not very familiar with.
I see. Alright tq
@@mclarenludan2290 how much you need to pay after you convert the percentage?
@mclaren0891 Hello, I got an offer from JPA JKPJ too, to germany. Would you like to exchange contact info, I have some questions to ask , my instagram is leroykhooo . Hope you can contact me :)
Assalamualaikum sis if i take stpm can i straight take degree at japan
hii, may i ask? sadly i didn't passed JPA-MARA scholarship . Is it better to enter any preparatory institution like INTEC and get scholarship when im in Japan OR study at matriks and apply MEXT scholarship? also is it hard to get scholarship in Japan as international student?
bcs my parents want me to decide it , for me personally i really want to study in Japan after SPM but i dont want to burden them with the financial to go there :(
I think for both options, there will be some financial concerns either way. I cannot say which is the better, because while there are many more scholarship opportunities available once you reach Japan, the application process etc might be different and will also take time to process before actually receiving the scholarship. On the other hand MEXT undergrad scholarship can also be quite competitive with over 100 applicants and less than 10 people receiving it every year. You can always contact JASSO for more information on this. Hope this helps.
To apply for the non scholarship route, I want to study the language in Japan and I have graduated Form 5, I'm now waiting for my SPM result, the only choice is in Shinjuku right?
Asalamualaikum I'm from nepal I want to study in japan please help me to find a work because my japanese language is poor
Can non science stream students apply to JASSO or MEXT because im taking economy/business
Yes. They do offer art stream courses. I myself took languages
Can I apply mext scholarship with spm result?
hello assalamualaikum sis,ive been watching your videos a month ago because i want to know more about MEXT scholarship and im 18 this year and will be in diploma this year, i do a lot of research for how to apply to the scholarship and i found its kinda rare to meet people who apply mext for art studies in malaysia and since i start doing my plan now, can i apply to mext for fine art course after my diploma? or do i have to wait until i reach degree?
how long will it usually take to hear from them? (Mext scholarship)
There are specfic dates listed on the embassy website, however in general the application is in March and the final result (after being shortlisted for interviews in May-June) is usually in January the following year. However due to covid, the timeline has changed a bit so I reccomend checking the website. Hope this helps.
Asalamualaikum kak, SPM 2021 candidate here. I wanted to ask if I want to study in Japan ( self- funded) how do we apply in the university? I'm currently interested in continuing my study in languages (translator ig?) but I'm unsure what course should I take and which university should I checkout. Can you give me some advices?
Assalamualaikum..I`m the current year SPM leaver..right now,im in asasi UM in physical science and i just got JPA scholarship offer in technical engineering to Japan.I want to ask for your opinion if I should stay as UM is one of the best university in Malaysia or accept the offer..and if i reject the offer, will there be any other oppoturnities to further studies in Japan?
Wasalam. Firstly, congratulations! While I understand that it is a tough decision to make, it is solely up to you and I cannot say which is which. Yes, there are always other opportunities bt maybe for other external scholarships (MEXT etc) and not for JPA in my opinion. All the best and good luck.
@@ayziezaha thank you for replying 👍👍..and i have 2 more question..
1.If I didn't pass the test what will happen and can i join other universities?
2.As you said,if i pass the prep study,i will continue diploma in Japan right?i i didn't want to continue degree in Japan will i have to work with the government?
@@extremepsycho8825 1. Yes, you can start again at other unis if u don't pass the test.
2. I don't have enough info on this, bt it should be in the guidelines, you should check those or email them for nore info. Bonds (working with gov) is subjective as it depends on the current job vancancies. Hope this helps
@@ayziezaha thank you🙌
Do we need to have an offer letter from
University in japan before applying all the scholarship that you mentioned in thus video?
Both JPA and MEXT do not require it when applying. Bt for MEXT, somewhere down the line (stage 3 or 4 if the scholarship) they will give you time to seek offer letters from unis
How to apply for MEXT scholarship?
I saw from JPA website, there is this Kejuruteraan Teknikal Jepun which u mentioned in the video, does it means student can only apply for colleges in Japan and not universities like University of Tokyo? many thanks in advance
hi. may i know which scholarship and the course that you take.
I was a MEXT scholar, I did my PhD in International Studies, majoring in Japanese Language

And I want to apply for JPA scholarship once I done my spm..
So how can I apply for the scholarship?? Is that same like as u said??
I think you can check out the JPA page for their study abroad scholarships. Hope this helps!
To pass on JPA/MARA scholarship using STPM, is Mathematics a compulsory subject in order to get scholarship??
According to the guidelines for STPM A- or GPA 3.6 in Maths is required for both natural and social science courses
@@ayziezaha But my school didn't hv mathematic subject except for additional math only, does it considered as rejected?? 😭
Can we still apply for JPA scholarships using diploma??
For JPA, I'm not very sure. You can try and check out their website for more info. You can however apply for MEXT with your diploma results.
@@ayziezaha i see, does diploma in public administration count as social sciences tho? And if i study Japanese by myself, do i still have to take Japanese classes for the preparation or i can just skip for the exam??
Can non ‘A' Level Student study in Japan?
Of course. Results (in terms of As) only matter when applying for most scholarships. There are other self funded routes that can be considered to further your study in Japan
Hi tqq for the video..i am the current 2020 SPM candidate...but unfortunately i didnt passed the JPA's requirement as my BM result is not that good..is there any ways for me to learn in Japan through JPA's scholarship in degree if i manage to get an excellent result during foundation later? Or is MEXT and JASSO allow students have finished foundations to apply for the scholarship?

Hi I want to ask since I'm a spm 2020 leavers and did not pass jpa scholarship so I want to ask when should I apply for mext scholarship if I want to use diploma result? Is it on the last year of my diploma?
According to the guidelines you can apply the year your diploma results come out, as long as it is before March of that year. Hope this helps.
For an IGCSE student, is it possible to apply for the JPA scholarship?
