I just wanna say thank you to all who participated in this little series of mine! It was a lot of fun and I'm excited to do it again in the future! Also for those a little confused with the tiers, I didn't do the best explaining it in the video but here's how it worked: if you the first number was a "2" and it was 26%, it would be in the 20% range. If it was just 7% or 8%, it went into the 10% range since they were greater than 5%. Next time I'll try not to make this as confusing lol. But thank you guys for watching and supporting the channel!
Loved this video, but here's the problem: Even if there are great characters on the list, they easily get overshadowed by fan favorites, protagonists, or people with lots of screen time, which is why Sonia, Ryoma or Taka who deserved more votes couldn't.
@@Neonical_Roblox despite the title being “4 random characters”, when I was putting the characters together for each day, I tired to avoid putting a protagonist, deuteragonist or antagonist in the earlier days because I knew that they would just get majority of the votes. Hence why in the last few days it was mainly them against each other. Luckily with the next video, every character is gonna have an opportunity to go to a more justified spot!
Love the vid, but you kinda did most anime exclusive characters dirty 😭 Not everyone watched the anime, and compared to fan favorites from the games, they were overlooked. Perhaps at least a pole with anime characters only would have slightly remedied the situation? Still, great job on the vid :D
@@antoniarominamilak2696 yeah most of the characters in the anime kinda got done dirty which is because you really just don’t get much time with them compared to everyone they were compared to. And while yes, I could have just done only DR3 characters together, that would kinda defeat the purpose of the video since I tried just grabbing a random character from each entry and facing them against each other. In a week or so, they should be showing up in the community tab for rankings so let’s hope they get placed rightfully where they belong this time!
I've been rewatching all the games and anime recently, as it's been a few years since I was into the franchise. And it's fascinating which characters I gravitate more to now than before (especially if you watch the anime, DO IT IF YOU HAVENT, TRUST ME) For example, I have a greater respect for Sonia Nevermind, and I just like her as a character. I remember originally she just fell into the background for me in terms of characters I paid more attention to. All this to say, I find it very fascinating to see everyone's opinions! And yes the more obscure anime characters were robbed in some places rip
Bro, I'm hella dumb, I saw the thumbnail and I mistook the % for 96 and I was like why is one character ranked 196? It wasn't until Miu that I realised that it was 1% for Kokichi and not 196.
Two characters that had low % that I voted for were Izayoi and Monaca. Izayoi is one of those characters that I just like, he's cool and a super loyal boyfriend and his death made me sad because he deserved better, especially from his awful selfish girlfriend. My fav of the DR3 characters. Monaca is actually tied with Chiaki for my 2nd favorite DR character for me, she's so unabashedly evil, the best villain of the series in my opinion! Plus her backstory is tragic but she doesn't really use it as an excuse to genocide the adults, she did it to cause mayhem for Junko and that's it, it felt refreshing compared to other media.
Oh this looks like it was fun😊 Personally on poll number , I have so much beef with Juzo its not funny, I have never hated a fictional character more than him and that little "redemption" at his [RedactedForPotentialSpoilers] was the least he could do after th bs he did. Anywho, I would have voted for Kokichi. Out of all deuterogonists, he was my favourite. Nagito was 2nd best fave. Lol, theyre just so chaotic and entertaining its insane. 😂
