I can't change any settings on decimal value or change shade color because I get error "Failed to load effect file ... error X3000: syntax error: Unexpected integer constant". Please help me to solve this problem.
P.S. I fixed it by changing values manully in text editor

hmm sorry for late reply, you need to change default decimal comma to dot in your windows system, and change ";" to "," for list separator :D

Umm, try to reload it again ^^ , or try to use 12.0

Try to run as admin, and try use japanese system Locale, or using Locale emulator if its doesn't work.
