Great job getting your thoughts across clearly! I tend to ramble when it comes to explaining myself like that whole talking in circles thing you mentioned. ❤
Author Eryn Blaire - Crafting Characters how in touch are you with your spiritual side? You claim the mystical side as not real. I 100% disagree. I would definitely encourage you to explore the spirit, as we all are spirit, mind and body. I’d say INFJs are quite philosophical and feed off exploring existential questions. Love and Truth, A fellow INFJ.
I can relate to a deep level. I've been called "selfish" so many times by my relatives who love spending time with me while i'd rather stay by self at peace
I've been so stuck in a rut because I've felt so guilty for being away and on my own and "not doing anything productive" while I'm seeking my recharge time that I never get to it. And then comes the inevitable "I can't function" time period where I run away from everything and or I REALLY don't get anything done. Please don't be like me. Please enjoy your free time to yourself to the fullest extent by continuing being who you are. As for myself, I guess I'm just waiting for the breaking point to come so that everyone can see why I really need this time. Although I doubt they'll see it for my reasons and tell me that I need to "get over it"
Hey! INFJ in the military and I would love to be on this channel and discuss how being in the military has Affected my life as a infj on any and all levels.
I think she’s spot on. One of the biggest things about weak Se with INFJ is that I’m often completely unaware of myself in my environment. I’m just looking around me and thinking about where I am and what’s going on and it’s so so easy for me to forget like what I’m wearing or what I’m supposed to be doing. One of the most jarring things for me is when I’m on the street and people stare at me (happens to everyone, I suppose). It’s alarming because every time I think, “oh wow, they can see me just like I can see them! Maybe they’re observing me and analyzing me in their heads as well?” Gosh maybe this is really weird but it happens to me all the time😂😂😂
I do this alot. Sometimes I won't register reality as reality. As if it were the dreamworld and my mind was actual reality. Always jarring when I find out it's the other way around.
INFJ here, and I agree with her view of the famous "door slam". INFJs often give people many chances, and when they realise that person does not want to change their toxic behaviour, then the INFJ knows better than to tell them off and engage in a pointless argument. So, they go silent instead and save themselves the headache of a last argument.
Were your eyes large and round when you were younger also? I study face reading and it's fascinating to learn how the face changes as we change in life. Your eyes in your photo look more narrowed
Great video Nathan and Eryn. Thanks for finding a true INFJ. So many mistypes out there. No one can do what INFJs can do, the great diplomats and healers. As long as INFJs surround themselves with good people, they will reach their true potential. Don't ever blame yourself for other people's problems. Don't be afraid to ask for help from your close friends, if you need it. Remember the give and get ratio should be equal. INFJs, you are much loved and you are special people.
Wow, everything she has described is exactly what I feel and did. And like her I talk in circles and lose my train of thought, and was diagnosed with ADHD (and I'm medicated out of sheer necessity). I loved this interview. Hearing someone who totally understands what it's like to live as an INFJ is so weirdly comforting and at this exact moment, I needed precisely that. I loved your description of how your mind works and what you value! I know you feel misunderstood by the world, all us INFJs do, and for that reason we need each other. But the world needs us too. We live in a cruel, saddening world of inequality of power, wealth, and status, and our hatred of these things give us an important role in the world.
Infjs always trigger my protective aura, i wanna safe em from their dark and i want to show em Se fun and i believe i can naturally make em have that fun without annoying them :D. I really admire their love and care for humans and their individual guidance for personal growth. That retrieval Infjs do is hell XD like dude let a friend let you help but they jst don't accept that and after a month they will be like *hi am back to normal wazzup* lol. I found you to be a very healthy Infj. Nice video :D ~Istp
That is great but try not to be controlling, I had a friend that wanted me to be everything he thought was right and wouldn't try to understand why I might feel differently. Because of that I am insacure when it comes to friends and being myself. As an infj I just wanted you to know that sometimes we might take it personally or try to fix ourselves if someone is not careful and they don't take in consideration someone's wants, interests, and feelings. I am sure you probably don't do that but I hope that you understand why I felt the need to say this.
@@neperson7647 hm i would say i m not sure myself. Being protective can have n element of controlling. I believe i would b more controlling towards a lover than a friend though i don't know how real life would turn out to b :P and i think i have gotten better with human feelings, i try my best i guess. Thanks for the heads up will keep this info somewhere in the back of my head.
I absolutely loved this... not trying to sound pretentious, but there are so many people on RUclips who claim to be an INFJ, and it’s really apparent they are not (usually they are INFP). This girl is a true INFJ, so it was so refreshing to hear her perspective.
Wow! Such a relief to hear these words! You're right about the doorslam, we can stay years in ambivalent state with people. And that's true for exhauting side of the Fe too. One of my friend (INTP) used the word "emotion dialysis" to describe the process we get in when we deal with other people emotions. By the way, thanks for the video, and for not overromantacizing our type. (Sorry if some parts are not clear I'm Te blindspot and french, we can't be perfect haha..)
2:30 Yes! So. Much. Yes. For as long as I could remember, I made up entire plot lines and characters in my head, exploring the human condition through them. They were like full-length films that I'd enjoy all to myself. But I could only do it when I was completely alone. If I was out in a crowd of strangers, I just wanted to run back to my cave, my head, where people behaved as I wanted them to.
I love this series. If possible, can you get a male and female of each type to see the differences in gender amoung the same types. Similar questions perhaps similar answers but overall familiarity with male vs female in any given type. That's always interested me. Thanks for the series though
Oh my God, two addicts, I’m so sorry, that must have been so hard...I’m so impressed by you. You are so very together. Really. What a lovely individual you are. I hope your parents are in recovery, and are very, very humbled by who you are, and who you are becoming.
The explanation of the Ni tunnel vision really hit home...There are things i want to achieve to be able to build something that will be of great service to the world/society and a majority of my energy goes to that. It sometimes seems so difficult for me to balance my social life with the unending drive towards reaching that vision. Realized it when i was around 14 and it has only gotten stronger and more refined since then haha
Every word hit like a mirror reflection! Lovely to virtually see someone else with the same cognitive stack! Meditation has awakened my Se and has been my saving grace. I am usually stuck in an Ni-Ti loop- so my Fe is not as strong as some Fe users, yet the deeply rooted desire for peace and harmony externally of myself is prevailing... along with high empathy levels. I really resonated with being able to projects oneself and voice- it actually takes a physical exertion to be vocal (if that makes sense) which is why I prefer to write when wanting to communicate, I feel like I speak in an unfolding manner, that is very circular, almost like a spiral, the focus of the conversation is there but gets lost momentarily, especially when talking direct to a group of people. I feel like I am taking in too much information and emotions from others combined with how complex my mind feels about literally everything, so to get that information out verbally, is really hard ! I often feel as an infj we pick up the pieces for others, gladly and automatically taking responsibility for the emotional stability of other people- it’s exhausting and can at times do more harm for others than help, like teaching an infant to run before they can walk steadily. I’ve never felt like I’ve belonged but I don’t think that is a characteristic of infj in particular- I think it’s a universal thing especially for NF types. I also see things in blurry greys, there is a solution always for everyone to find a happy medium, however I personally strive for a very conclusive answer to everything which might be over active Ti. And to this day, I build elaborate, beautiful, worlds, a place to escape filled with realized idealizations! Lastly, I am sorry for the things you’ve been through, but they have created the brilliance you are. I also came from a background of severe abuse and then entered a narcissistic relationship...and I don’t see it necessarily as a bad thing but worked in order for me to help others and hopefully guide and lend a space of interpersonal healing. I read a study that many infjs have correlated with some type of abuse as a child ... hmmm. And Ni is indeed selfish, as a parent I have to constantly pull myself out of Ni to actually be a present parenter. I’ve had 2 doorslams and the last one took ten years to close the door properly. ... I honestly feel like I could keep talking but this is turning into a potent bulleted note. Love and light always
Like you, I have an underdeveloped Fe and a really overdeveloped Ti. My father is a man who greatly emphasized Ti sorts of activities and interests, weirdly even though he's an INFP (and hence his Ti conjectures are constantly logically and philosophically inaccurate), so I grew up surrounded with hard factual stuff as it was the only thing that ever convinced him. To this end, the Ni-Ti loop is so easy to get stuck in. It's easy to spend all day and night theorizing about various philosophical topics and scientific research, or the possibilities for the future. But because of my overdeveloped Ti function, I am exceptional in the academic setting and never get bored of learning (and to be quite honest, I spend most of the day learning essentially useless shit that I find interesting). The downside to this is that it's easy to avoid taking action on real life things like chores, obligations involving paperwork, etc. To most INFJs, I would say our personal hell would be an abjectly hierarchical world full of both economic and social inequality and of day-to-day paperwork and bureaucracy (in hindsight this sounds exactly like the world we live in now 😅).
Great video, I will definitely check out her channel. As a fellow infj, I agree with just about everything she says here, except that I will get people a glass of water and bake a cake.also, after 15 years with my INTP husband, I am not as emotional as I once was. Thank goodness!
I'm an intj man, & I love fj girls theIr kind, friendly, & charming demeanor is like a hook in this catfish's mouth. She said it takes her a while to warm up to people , & I can relate to that. I can also relate to being misunderstood. I'd like to know what type is the most missunderstood type. I've always said I'm the most outcasts of the outcasts.
Probably all of the INxx’s. For most misunderstood I’d go to say the INTP. They can have a frame of reference in which they view the world and all its parts that is so abstract that they might be the only ones who understand it unless they properly express it to others. For INTPs everything has a relational context and they are acting off of these understandings all the time, so from the outside looking in you may have zero idea why they do what they do unless you have an in depth discussion with them. This is my experience as one and with the ones I know. For a while I’d think the ones I know are just weird or spaced out all the time but then you have discussions with them there is so much that they have to say with very articulated reasons.
Isnt that just an opinion? Supposedly INFJ are the most extrovert introvert. But i understand you feel alone. I mean, arguing for the most outcast is a race to the bottom. As INTP, i dont get sensors which is 70% of people and i cant speak to feelers either. In the end, if an outcast is how you feel, then you are probably right. While an INTP would totally self-isolate left to his own devices (insert extrovert adoption meme)
alpha devoir we think we are the outcasts, INFJs, because we can never tune other people out, whereas you guys can get so lost in your own, fabulous world. I taught as a professor, art, and I would watch them all, while they would work, and the INTJs fascinated me the most (I had them take the test) because they were never distracted from what it was they were focused on in that moment. They couldn’t be moved from the place they wanted to be, in a sense. No matter what went on around them. I have always wanted to feel what it is to be free of this. They didn’t talk much, but when they did, man, did they have something of depth to say.
People percieve the consideration and time my head spends on people as criticism. It's really frustrating people prefer to be lied to that life is perfect rather than taking my minds personalised advice I'd give to myself, as constructive.
I think a lot of people who prefer Ni are really into world building. I think a lot of epic fantasy/sci-fi authors, people who create worlds in video games (as well as people who like those games) and people who are responsible for lore and referencing original content for movies and shows are people playing around with their Ni. Not to say those are the only people, but I think Ni does such an amazing job taking what is given and delving deeper into it in interesting ways. EDIT:only after writing his did I look at your channel and realize you have a bunch of videos in writing and your channel name has author in it 😶😂 But I do think it is more common for Ne to come across as mystical oracles or whatever. I feel like Tarot is very Ne. Again, not only Ne people can be like this, just noticing trends. I love how much she talked about seeing potential in people, I hear ENxJs talk about this all the time, but rarely INxJs. PS I love the question (and answer of course) about what social roles she takes.
Nathan Glass you remember correctly! I think the giant story he weaves together is first of all hugely complex, but also how there’s so much detail fleshed out in it. He spends so much time describing things, and it’s supposed to mean something, a lot of the time at the expense of the story moving foreword, so it’s almost like a hold on let’s stand here and look at this snapshot and see everything we can get out of it. It’s very Ni using Se things, but not having enough Se for everything to keep moving in my opinion. And there are little clues hidden everywhere in the story, and entire sub plots that explain how magic works that seem to have nothing to do with magic, but he uses culture to explain the system. It’s just so amazingly complex. And he still manages to get overarching themes to show through. He hasn’t finished the A Song if Ice and Fire series yet, so we don’t know how everything will come together in the end, but it’s no wonder why it’s taking so long. And the whole multiple points of view from a bunch of grey and unreliable characters is also very Ni, so every character is giving you a piece of the story and you never really know the full truth. And even the history within the series is mysterious and seems inaccurate, because you don’t have all the information. Literature like that spawns tons of people who make theories about what will happen because there are clues, but things are left open ended enough that it’s not super predictable and doesn’t leave you feeling like you just keep reading so you can confirm what you think you already know. You keep reading because you genuinely want to know if your inklings are correct.
Nathan Glass I am also concerned about that too, but I’ve already told you my theory about him having it written, but killing Arya and waiting to publish it so his wife doesn’t leave him 😂. All jokes aside, it is a real concern. I will be disappointed if that happens, I want an end to it!
We see potential in potential, we just don't concern ourselves with it as much as enfjs do, we still have to think about how much potential this person has? Do they realize their own potential? Does it really matter to me if they knew or not? Will they take my words seriously? We think about all that before taking the time to seek such people
Jess Britvec This was such a fun comment! And yes, I’m writing epic fantasy😂! I love world building and I think a lot of this is because of our love of large character communities and the overall “vibe” of novels. We just love that total immersion feel - ambience!
I threw a B.B.Q/Fire pit party with my cousin whom was visiting from Kansas. For the first 80% of the party, I spent it finalizing repairs on the replacement of the clutch plate and slave cylinder. After that I engaged people and introduced myself to the ones I didn't know. I had lagged already for too long. It was time to get the damn thing over with. Closing out the Ni's vision of completion became priority. . .blinders on.
Man am I glad no one uses me as a therapist, they’d all kill themselves. I always saw Ni as more of a “visionary” function than a creative one, not so much that it’s devoid of creativity but it’s more of like, a pathfinder function or something? I guess Ni is the function I understand the least. I also spent a lot of time alone making up worlds and stories when I was a kid, but I’m NeTi. I think that Ti gives me a healthy limit to my imagination - everything I dream up has to have some kind of logical consistency. I was never one to imagine a cat riding a giraffe or whatever. I mean it’s a cute idea for a kid’s pencil case but it’s goofy af. So what is NiFe imagination like? And what about NiTe?
I agree with what you said about Ni, I'm an infj and I use my Ni for seeing how future plans and situations would work out, I do have a strong imagination that helps me think of multiple ideas but they're probably not as creative as one would think, they're more of visionary ideas that are more realistic than Ne ideas, is what I would say
manager-nim that’s kind of how I thought it would work. Like Ni would think of a step forward, and then after envisioning it and making sure it’s sound, they would move on to the next logical step, and so on, while Ne is still on the first step because they’ve thought of so many potential first steps that they can’t move beyond it.
@@mamu7976 OK for example seeing potential in my friends, I know an enfp friend and she's a good speaker and knows how to present herself and get her point across, she's also good in front of the camera and isn't afraid or awkward during presentations even when she's not prepared and that is what I observed of her and her patterns using my Ni and Fe, so to me I think should make a good public speaker, news reporter, etc. I saw potential in her strong presence around people because she has a developed Te as well. Hope this example helps you
NiTe Ni has the ability to predict and see the future based on information from Te and pattern recognition. Te is essentially absorbing the thoughts of others (typically Ti users). Be it thoughts of people by talking to them, reading, youtube videos etc. Good videos on this topic include: MindMastery (INFJ): Comparing INTJ and INFJ Intuition. ruclips.net/video/WAqm4q_Pqqg/видео.html LJ (INTJ) Ni Introverted Intuition | INTJ Perspective ruclips.net/video/W8_sU65PdKk/видео.html A real life example of this would be what are the chances of Nathan (Love Who) replying to my comment? Ni needs to look for the answer via Te. A random quote from Psychology Today comes up in my mind: ''The best predictor of future behavior is past behavior" Also Love Who's last video, 'Don't trust your friends' is recalled. In the comment section Nathan replied to 28/33 comments (84%). Ni using the Te data now predicts a good chance of Nathan replying to this post.
I'm noticing a pattern here most infj women I've seen have the similar physical attributes it's usually big dark brown eyes and dark brown hair. Every infj female I've seen on RUclips carry this quality. 🤔 They're all so pretty and dress so well.
11:12 Oh yes it's real. There are people like that out there but nothing happens on it's own. If you wanna be a prophet or something you've gotta put in all the work. Ni-doms likely have an edge here.
Very interesting - I like how you put it, that it’s something that takes work. I do think it takes work and study to be able to have any level of prescience, but whatever is at work there, it’s intuition not magic. I’m a fantasy writer, though, and I like believing in magic and myths in a metaphorical way!
@@authorerynblaire-craftingc9379 Some forms of magic may well be possible, but there is a lot of woo-woo out there as well. No one can tell the future but I can tell things like where society is heading pretty easily. I'd call that insight over foresight although the two look the same. Personally I don't care for real magic unless it cures my allergies...but I do enjoy fantasy stories. You mentioned love. Rather than magic tricks we can drive ourselves to fall in love with the world. Outside in nature, until we drown in ecstasy. That's how we dive into the mystery of creation, into mysticism. Things like that are possible. Anyone can have glimpses but then you have to put in the work. It's not for everyone but it's real.
Author Eryn Blaire - Crafting Characters it’s no prob :) my mom is one as well and I help her expressing what she means to others, as I have stronger Te, but am still an Ni user and can grasp her “flow”
INFJ and ENFJ are sister type, have Fe, Ni and Se and Ti in common, just slightly rearranged, and can be very hard to tell apart sometimes. Differences are that INFJ live in Ni and won't necessarily be expressing it in large quantities, while it is ENFJ's auxiliary and so very used or not as they prefer, like INFJ uses Fe or not, it is more of a choice. And when we do, people come in and think we are INFP's because we empathize, we gravitate toward using our feeling to aide people, are very involved in it, but as Eryn said, it is not ours, it is others feelings, mostly. There is always Fi id also in the mix, which actually encourages us to do what we think best, even to tell others what we see [NiFe] as best for harmony for the most possible. Look for who is benefitting when Fi is obvious, that will help see where it is in the stack. We express it for the benefit of the tribe. Fi through Fe. INFP would be expressing Ni through Ne. Our Ni however is often kept to ourselves out of fear of being too weird, misunderstood as has happened over and again through our lives. Our Ni is not a parlour trick we wave around. It is more a fiery comet we hesitate to bring attention to because it weirds people out or makes them uncomfortable, may even scare a few. ENFJ can bring off Ni with fun and grace while INFJ stumbles and frets to explain something so fast and mostly incomprehensible and bound to cross lines people have drawn in the sand, beliefs they are attached to. INFJ does not feel the need to push or force discomfort. ENFJ is more likely to tell you their perception. Se is a clue also, special attention to clothes, style, energy and in the moment focus for tasks. If you think yourself right often and are capable and productive and have some insistence to power in the work place, reassess maybe. INFJ's may be right, they may know they are right, but they are less likely to argue it and may defer because it is just not worth the trouble. Also I have experience with ENFJ children and have heard the same from other ENFJ's in that they are quiet and sometimes shy children. Generous, helpful... more cozy. INFJ's tend to be alarmingly independent on the other hand [INTP's I find this way too]. It is not an independent like they don't need help with basic Se needs. It is an independence of will and spirit, there is a bravery and willingness to dare, I don't know how else to express it [insufficient, I know]. Of course we all have huge ranges, experiences etc. Also ENFJ can tend more interested in their community, social happenings, whereas INFJ's are probably hiding as best they can unless they have children/family and will for love put them first, being social when they otherwise would have stayed home. INFJ will also from what I know and have heard, strive to please those they love with well thought out gifts or just give things to please without holiday, I'd say especially to siblings. ENFJ gives thoughtful gifts that show they know you but some of the best I have received from them is time and energy and help with things I struggle to accomplish myself. And of the two, ENFJ is more fun, and inclined to take advantage of interesting goings on in their environment, like a festival or concert. And INFJ is serious and literal and jokes fly over our head too often. Or maybe that is projecting... Another thing I've noticed and heard is that ENFJ's like to share experiences. They will take you places and are really excellent hosts when they do throw a party, often with beautiful houses, comfortable to be in I think thanks not just to their aesthetics but obviously their Fe nature. I throw parties for family because I can't not. I can't disappoint. I want to for people I love, but between kids Birthdays and hosting grandma etc, I just want to be left alone, for months, not weeks, not days. I think ENFJ's recover faster most times, though I also have seen them fall hard and hide as well. A last thing I see is that ENFJ's tend to need to express their woes to family whereas INFJ's will hide it and disappear. Not that they never give some information when asked, more it will be lightly said and they are not showing you more than the tip of the iceberg. I really recommend looking at Meghan LeVota's youtube page for a good look at an ENFJ. Males are obviously going to be somewhat different, but I think much will be similar enough. Also I live with an INFP and I am more likely due to Fi id to lay into someone for causing disharmony than my husband. Fi for INFP in the place I have Ni is similar in that you often do not see that much of it, and though they use Fe too, when you have crossed their line, don't expect much of a dose of it to go with their righteous anger.
@Tiny Yellow Tree This is a great comparison between ENFJ & INFJ! I am an INFJ and my younger sister is an ENFJ and I would say that the most noticible difference between us is our intensity of emotion. She is only seven years old, but she feels things so deeply-- almost spiritually-- and is very sensitive to negative emotions and perceived rejection. While I find myself to be quite emotionally sensitive as well, especially when I was younger, I am always able to take a step back and either hide my reactions or logically compartmentalize them (Ni-Ti). For my sister, however, everything is very present and her feelings are easily noticeable (Fe-Se). The intensity of her extroversion always leaves me at a loss as well. She is completely capable of being by herself, but she definitely prefers playing with others, usually our other siblings or our neighbors. I sometimes have to draw boundaries and (delicately) explain to her that I need waaayy more alone time than she does (which is often very difficult to do without hurting her feelings). I would not necessarily say that all ENFJ's are regularly goofy and all INFJ's are regularly serious (in fact I think I am one of the most humor-oriented individuals in my family). I think it depends on the individual as well as who they are with at a given time. When my sister and I are together, we can often be silly, but there are times when she is more serious than I am, which would usually be her worrying about the state of homeless children or abandoned puppies or the makeup of the afterlife (which is apparently a commonly accepted ENFJ trope). When I’ve run out of humor, I am either socially depleted, or I have been thinking for too long about the irrational yet unchanging netherscape that is humans’ existence on earth.
@@mauginzoetz Yes to everything you said. Their emotions fill the space around them. My sister is also ENFJ, and younger, hence the experience. I could go on, but it is 3 am and I am neglecting my sleep, as usual. Good comparing with you!
Wow nice comparison guys, but I just want to say you can relate to any type a lot but still have different cognitive functions. For example I am a very intuitive ENTJ, but I haven't really typed myself fully yet (consume first play last?) but yeah that's why I can often relate to INJFs, INTJs, ENTPs and even INFPs. I could see it as possibly a reason why you can relate to your sister type, if your very ambiverted like me.
@@jom1718 It seems you are still relating to intuitive to a good degree and I do think it is what holds our interest in each other. And yes, we all share the same 8 functions, we are human, we share feelings and experiences of being human and there is a lot of crossover this way, even as the functions behave differently in different locations. So many are relating and this leads to mistyping being so prevalent. Figuring out which functions are in which order is tricky and requires continual study imo. The tests are often inaccurate and not to be relied upon solely. I continually verify when I get what looks like some new perspective or information, I still question myself and do not set down concrete answers for others, especially and keep my thoughts to myself for the most part, unless queried. I employ my best estimation and then watch and learn. I watch every type here and the more you watch and study, the more people distinguish themselves as using their functions in a distinct order. I certainly don't get it right all the time, still have so much to figure out, but that is what I love about typology. It is a puzzle that won't be complete in my lifetime, so there is always more to sort through, always more people of varying backgrounds and influences to puzzle over. I find ENTJ's very interesting, so much so that theirs was the first forum I asked to join after mine. I appreciate their discipline and energy and of course the intuition that encourages relatability. I sigh, knowing they are prioritizing the trails I long to get to. I've known an ENTJ, but was only 14. We got on great for the most part [course did not know then about mbti], and we did have quite a bit in common or that was compatible if not the same. I also think my great uncle was ENTJ, though it always felt like he just could not fathom me. Depends on the person.
@@NathanJGlass I took the most basic big 5 test on either truity, or 16 personalities it was free, & the more in-depth one's were not. I don't remember much about my results. I think it said I was 90% conceptual thinker. I heard about the big 5 from a book I'm reading called the tribe of mentors. Someone said in the book that it was the most common test companies have job applicants take so they can hire the type of person they're looking for. It also said that the big 5 has been proven to be more accurate than mbti. Apparently businesses use the big 5, & mbti wins the popularity contests, & social outlooks.
@@NathanJGlass Nathan you wanted to know my results on the big 5 test; so I just retook the test on www.123test.com. ps I'm an intj. Openness to experience 27%, consciousness 93%, extraversion 7%, agreeableness 21%, natural reactions 45%.

I watched the ENTJ lady (Shan) video right before this one, and noticed something. The different MBTI types sound different. I know its not a new thing, but if you listen to all the INFJ ladies on youtube, you'll find then sounding sweet and speaking in rambles just like on this video. And the ENTJs sound as forceful in their voice and mannerisms, just like Shan. Nothing sweet there but definitely forceful.
Hm… am I the only one who have doubts about her being INFJ…? She could easily be a traumatized ENFP … her energy is shaky, the presentation rather chaotic… many “proofs” easily applicable to other types with a strong Fe… Im not saying I know that she isn’t… I’m just not convinced she is. She is definitely lacking that soothing vibe INFJs have.

Ohhhh shitttt … it’s wild to think there’s ppl out there that think just like me 😭😭
Very relatable!
She even talks, looks, and holds herself just like my INFJ family members. Her childhood examples sounds just like my daughter.
Everything you said was a home run in the way I am as an infj. Very accurate.
I can relate to this girl. I'm in my 60's now and I used to be like this as a child.

I really like the analogy of dialysis.
2:30 Yes! So. Much.
Fairly pleased that these videos tend to be true interviewees of the type, I'd like to see some more examples of the sensors

Oh it’s SO approved ! ... She is the quintessential meaning of infj. I am very excited to hear live interviews of the other fifteen.
Thinks to self “should I pretend to be another type and be hunted down 🤔”
Nathan Glass wow ! - just for me ! Flattery, Nathan, does get you everywhere ;)

Small world, I am also an INFJ with two addict parents and hearing her say that made my head turn!

EDIT:only after writing his did I look at your channel and realize you have a bunch of videos in writing and your channel name has author in it 😶😂
But I do think it is more common for Ne to come across as mystical oracles or whatever.
The Ne users are the fake oracle hippy types.

@@manager-nim2623 can you give a real life example of Ni:Fe?

Ni has the ability to predict and see the future based on information from Te and pattern recognition.

Also Love Who's last video, 'Don't trust your friends' is recalled. In the comment section Nathan replied to 28/33 comments (84%).

You mentioned love. Rather than magic tricks we can drive ourselves to fall in love with the world. Outside in nature, until we drown in ecstasy. That's how we dive into the mystery of creation, into mysticism.

Author Eryn Blaire - Crafting Characters it’s no prob :) my mom is one as well and I help her expressing what she means to others, as I have stronger Te, but am still an Ni user and can grasp her “flow”
I’m an ENFJ and I can relate to her so much that it makes me think of she really is an INFJ or if I am instead an INfJ ??
Fe Ni right
Nathan do you know anything about the big 5, or do you just cover mbti?
I'd make a great judge in a criminal court.
alpha devoir dang buddy, looks like you’ve got some things to work on.
@@NathanJGlass if you take the big 5 test you might wanna take it more than once, & on different websites. I retook it on another website idrlabs.com, answered the questions honestly, & got different results. Openness 61%, consciousness 60%, extraversion 41%, agreeableness 41%, & neuroticism 43%.
The INFJ voice is sort of musical and soft and soothing...
Why tho
Hm… am I the only one who have doubts about her being INFJ…? She could easily be a traumatized ENFP … her energy is shaky, the presentation rather chaotic… many “proofs” easily applicable to other types with a strong Fe… Im not saying I know that she isn’t… I’m just not convinced she is. She is definitely lacking that soothing vibe INFJs have.
I kinda agree with you I have a hunch that she is Fi user , her language sound more like an Fi not Fe to me I'm Fe user rather Fe dom & for me this isn't Fe through Ti . She might be IxFP .
Enfps are true empathetic & take care of other through Fi . But I feel she is more IxFP than ExFP
@@marwaosman4134 thank you for taking time to respond to my comment. And you are probably right. Btw. it sounds very interesting what you are saying about the difference in Fi vs Fe presentation. Would you be interested to chat more about it? Not necessarily here… pls let me know. I would.
I am Infj, and she is definitely an infj. She is very similar to me. She is not Fi or Ne user i could tell
Can you marry me?
SoOoRy, but i have a feeling that screams ISFJ.
😂😂 Si-dom? Me? I’ve never had a solid habit or routine in my life. Also, I may be emotional, but I’m not traditional.
@@authorerynblaire-craftingc9379 SoOoRy, but that was just a feeling, an Fi-dom feeling, lel.
but, yeah i liked the idea of ""The 16 types in their own words", i hope for more.
