That works with neon blocks, all differently colored with different transparencies as well. I've used this trick a lot in some of my builds because when you do this, at different points of views, the color changes. Just wanted to say this before watching the video, for people who don't understand as much. This is for a different version for it btw.

Hey Jesse, if you see this, i made a idea on your Jesse Submitions
Block: Radio Block
Section:Star(idk what it called)
What it can do:
1.The owner can change the song but others cant(change it with screwdriver too, with song ID).
2.Can change volume with screwdriver tool.
3.Other team cannot hear the music.
4.If try to play loud songs will be automatically lowered down or muted.
(Btw on the real reddit post, some things what i said arent really there cuz i just thought it up today)

so you make the water then make the same thing in the back then you make the blocks in the front and back connect at the same display then you add blocks in side the water then after all of that you make sure its sturdy then after you make the blue water inside un-anchor then you have a working water i guess
