Let say first section punishment is 7 years and
second section punishment is 7 year's
If he/she sentenced to 14 year by "adding " all three is that means it is life imprisonment or not

I had a doubt. Initially you said that this list is not exhaustive, but in the bandhua mukti morcha case, it has been held that it's exhaustive so court cannot exercise power under sec 151 to order commission. Kindly explain
