A woman who was a Sunday Christian radio host that I worked with did the same thing to me once. One particular day I was working a 1/2 day; I had a job interview & she inquired about the who, when & where. I mistakenly thought we were cool since she always talked God/Jesus & was a Sunday worship radio host & I told her the name of the law firm. I aced the interview & got the job. Well God don’t like ugly. My first task was to send rejection letters & the first one was to her. 🤭😩😂 She’d sent them her resume & cover letter offering to start the job immediately, 😐 not knowing they frowned upon people who didn’t give a company at least 1-2 weeks notice & seeing that we worked the same place, they asked if I knew her & how she found out about the job. I told them I just told her the firm name. I can only imagine the look 👀 on her face when she opened her rejection letter & saw my name signed at the bottom.😭😭😭
