Good review. I agree with your points, nice lightweight blade. I like to grab mine when I want something simple. Btw the bit your looking for is a t10 torx.

Cuts sausage??? Butter for a sandwich? How many grams of black caviar fit on the blade???

It would definitely cut sausage, it would butter a sandwich too but I don't know how well due to the small blade size, and we don't eat caviar much in the US, so I wouldn't know the answer to that.
