I was at Belmont Park for the Belmont stakes when American Pharoah won the triple crown, my ears are still ringing from the crowd's eruption, and I still have a $50 win ticket as a souvenir.

9-2 Odds in That Race Was a GIFT in My Opinion...Same in The Derby...Nyquist Should Have Been a SOLID Favorite in Both Races
6 (including all 5 dirt races) of these 7 races are won by horses who are front runners or likes to be in the lead pack. Are front runners have some kind of advantage in Keeneland or just plain coincidence?
This is common these days no matter the track. Trainers, unfortunately, more often train for pure speed in this day and age.

Look at The Horses Who Won...Pharoah/Songbird/Knicks Go/Monomoy Girl/Gamine...These Horses Were Best in Race and Were Heavy Favorites That Were Supposed to Win...Results Would be Same if at Different Tracks
not sure AP should be #1 he had an easy lead and was never challenge at any point in a very weak field.
Hate when people use that "weak field" excuse. The horses AP raced against were good enough to race in the BCC. The horse can only race against whoever shows up. The first horse to win the triple crown in 37 years and he won the BCC very very easily. Don't forget this list is ONLY for Breeder's Cup races at Keeneland, which has hosted the event only 3 times in almost 40 years. AP's race should ABSOLUTELY be #1.

He was clean throughout his racing career
All the dirt winners here were trained by known juicers. I doubt any of them ran clean regardless of whether they beat the tests. When they wiretapped Servis and caught Dutrow with the goods, both of them admitted that they drugged every horse they ever trained and 99% of them passed the tests. Lance Armstrong never failed a drug test. You'd have to be naive to think that Baffert, Cox, Hollendorfer have ever raced a clean horse. Why should they when all they ever get is a slap on the wrist when they do get caught?
